Upon arrival, restaurant seemed to be clean and nice.. Ordered food and paid immediately and was given a number and seated.. While waiting, I noticed the group of 3 behind us order and be seated.. We waited 15 minutes and the waitress brings 1 plate to the group who ordered behind us, 60 seconds later, another plate to the group behind us.. Then the same lady that took my order says to the 3rd person your plate will be right out.. I stopped her and asked where was our food, she said they are making it, with no food on the grill, she goes to the back and they start cooking our order.. Had them box our food and left.. Won't be back, because there was no excuse for them serving people who came in after us when I paid at the register.. So unorganized for no more people than they had inside(10-15).. I don't know if it was a mistake or because we looked different than the rest of customers.. Regardless, with no apology or acknowledgment, one star is for the service, haven't tried the food as I am writing the review on...

The to go experience is cool 😎 when your on lunch break (1hr) but the dine in is AN Experience to remember. Every time I've been here the dishes are nice and presented well. Family and single friendly. Their service was good even when I was kinda picky about my order and was trying something new 😅. Nice Experience overall and has decent restrooms compared to fast food stores near by. The food and service are consistently good, but a few things have changed since the move. The boba teas aren’t quite the same—recent batches have had too much mocha, which overwhelms the flavor and makes them less enjoyable.
