Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Laurinburg

I have ordered from this location 3 times since they've been open and ALL 3 times were bad experiences! I waited a month b4 going back this last time and it was still a mess. I ordered my super Supreme pizza through the app and it was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes...well I was actually 30 minutes away and thought cool it would definitely be ready without any problems by the time I get there. Smh...when I arrived long story short they had GIVEN my pizza to someone else!! I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my pizza only to get home and notice that several toppings were MISSING!!! The veggies were correct but it only contained pepperoni and Italian sausage for the meat. While I was sitting there 4 patrons were in there complaining about their orders also! I'm just speechless on this establishment..I was so happy when they opened but now wish they close down and try again when they can stay off the phones and take better care...

Ordered pizza online for 3 workers for our 30 minute lunchbreak. Order says online it is ready. Drove to pickup our order only to find out from an employee that "the "cook" is out of the building off playing with her boyfriend somewhere" and that our order had not even been started but the shift manager was going to start it and the window drive thru worker was going back there to see what she could do to help her get the order in the oven. I asked for the store managers contact info but the worker did not know it and there is no...

Congrats to everyone who managed get bad pizza. At least you actually got something. I ordered ahead on the app, drove 10 minutes waited over 35 minutes, then was told at the window it was in the oven and would be several more minutes, but they would bring it to me. Never brought it, so I went inside, only to be told it wasn’t even started yet and would be an additional 25 minutes. Over an hour for a personal pizza the size of a small frisbee??? Save your time...
