Family Fitness Center is a great, comfortable place to meet your workout goals. There is any equipment you could want, AND there is an extension being added. Family Fitness offers HIIT classes, yoga and zumba during the week. Childcare is available Mondat through Thursday, from 5pm until 7:30 pm. And I must add, the lady that runs the child care while parents are working out is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS 😁😁😁The gym is locally owned, and accessable 24 hours a day. There are skilled personal trainers you can work with one on one that can give you the extra push and guidance you need. There are full size locker rooms for males and females.
