I stopped at this location yesterday (2/23/23), pulled into the drive thru, and proceeded to get the worst service I have ever received. I asked for chicken tenders and was told it would be at least a 20 minute wait. I replied that I didn't have time to wait and ask if the chicken sandwich was available. I was told yes and I replied ok, no pickles and a Mello Yellow. Nobody was in this line ahead of me. I pulled up to the window, paid $9.81 for food, and was handed a receipt. This receipt was timed at 6:43:07 PM, Order ID: 89787256136___ ( receipt has a streak down the middle where nothing printed.) I sat at this window until 6:56 at which time I had to leave with only my drink. As I stated, I did not have time to wait. The really upsetting part is the total lack of communication and unwillingness of employees to give me any update on my order. At one point the cashier came out to deliver an order to two other cars that were parked ahead. I asked her how long it would be before I got my order and she said she didn't know she would check. She and others refused to come to the window when I waved in an attempt to get their attention. I thought well maybe they didn't see me so I blew the horn and all they did was look my direction and then nothing. I blew the horn again, still nothing. I bowl on a league at 7:00 PM on Thursday nights and I could no longer wait for my food. I did however get my drink with my receipt....just no food. So the current price of a Mellow Yellow is $9.81, too much. I cannot conceive of any circumstance where someone couldn't have given me an update on my food, and yes by the time I pulled away I was angry...... the total reason for waiting until morning to write a review. Just remember Hardees, customer service should include communication with the customer. AND, don't tell someone a product is available when they have already told you that they didn't have...
Read moreWe were traveling from SC to home, and having very little time before a meeting in WV, decided “fast” food was our best option. When we arrived, no one was at the counter ordering, however, the staff working continued a lengthy conversation before offering to take our order. The cashier was painfully slow working the register, and in addition I feel was impeded by her excessively long fingernails. (Are these ok with direct food workers?🤢) We waited 18 minutes for 3 burgers and 2 fries, and then started to leave realizing we hadn’t received our milkshake. Our son went back in to grab it, but it hadn’t even been made. We waited another 10 minutes before I re-entered the restaurant. The slow cashier was attempting to make the shake moving at a snail’s pace while chatting with her co-workers. She blamed the delay on the ice cream being hard. I became frustrated and asked her to please stay focused on getting the shake made, but she was even slower asking her co-worker why I could possibly have been upset. Had I been patient to wait for the shake, I’m seriously doubtful it would have been complete in 10 or 15 min at the pace she was working. Read moreI decided to go to Hardee’s this morning for breakfast since I had to drive to Laurinburg to go to the bank. I ordered a sausage breakfast platter for my fiancé and decided I’d try the new sausage everything sandwich combo. I didn’t want to eat while driving so I waited until I got home. Once I made it home I proceeded to warm my food up and when I opened my bag I see not only did I not have the bread I was expecting to get (everything coated) but I didn’t even have the sandwich at all that I ordered. I had an egg biscuit. Mind you it’s almost noon so by the time I make it back to Laurinburg breakfast will be over. I figure I’ll be optimistic, so I go ahead and warm my egg biscuit and hash rounds and just call them to inform them about the mishap. I’ve called several times and it’s sending me straight to a message prompting that no one is available to take my call without the phone even ringing. Then I began to think,🤔 see this is why I haven’t been to Hardee’s in so long. They won’t have to worry about my business any time soon. Not in Laurinburg.
