ABSOLUTELY the worst experience dealing with this PaPa John’s location. Tiffany starts my experience off by answering the phone with the most dreadful tone like being there is the worst thing ever to happen to her. I accidentally placed an order online and put cash instead of card I called in to see if I could pay it by card. She answered extremely short with an attitude and said “No it’s all ready out” I said I have been on the phone for a half hour already if you guys would have picked up I would have caught it before it went out. Tiffany then says with an attitude “ yea well we’re busy” I say okay there isn’t anything I can do to pay for this order over the phone so the guy isn’t wasting a trip and food? Tiffany says “NO” loud and ignorant! And HUNG THE PHONE UP ON A CUSTOMER!!! I then called back to ask for the manager. I got CJ and good lord now I see why Tiffany acts the way she does! She 10xs worse! I told her I don’t like the way Tiffany handled my call. She said “ she doesn’t have time for this” and hung the phone up on me. The poor delivery guy got her I told him I tried to pay for the order and no one could help me. They didn’t even call him to tell him not to waste a trip out here if they weren’t going to let me pay for it. AGAIN WORST PAPA JOHNS AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM A FAST PIZZA JOINT! Management needs to change and Tiffany needs fired or sent to customer service Training ! BOTH were a bust. 1st time was OK pizza done correct YET I ordered 4 sides of cheese sauce THAT NEVER CAME. Called to talk to a manager and got "Well what am I supposed to do about it!?" Uhh write my name down and give it to me next time. "We don't do that" ohhhh kayy then.. yes you do and yes you're not following policy and very rude AND the pizza WAS NOT fresh ingredients blah blah Papa John's... FAST FORWARD to the following week I decided Im going to try again, Name number delivery STILL as I expected DID NOT recognize NOR give me my cheese packs. Whatever I'm irritated and hungry. Finally received my REGULAR STYLE pepperoni and cheese (nothing fancy) ONLY to receive an EXTREMELY THIN pizza (which I didn't order) Horrible tasting, looking, Horrible excuse of a pizza. IF I wanted THIS I would have went to a LOCAL pizza shop and saved an easy $10. BAD customer service HORRIBLE management EVEN WORSE PIZZA!! Read moreI ordered online, after over an hour I called to cancel because of plans. I called back about 60 seconds later after finding out we could wait and it turned into a huge ordeal. First they said they couldn't look up the order and I would have to repeat it (it was only 2 pizzas but it was to separate people ordering and didn't know exactly... they found it then) then I was told it would longer and told it still wasn't ready, then I was told the pizza was ready but it would over an hour to get there because "I lost my place" Admittedly I lost my temper after that. They have an automated system that tells the delivery drivers where their deliveries are and since I canceled 60 seconds ago I got pushed to last when asked to keep the order. The manager got mad when I asked if someone could just use their brain to keep me in the same order because I didn't want to wait yet another hour to one and one half because the order would be cold, I was told it would kept under a heater, I just told them to screw the order and refund the money (which I won't get for days and could have used to go some where else but can't until the refund...
