Went here after a 12 hour shift put my order in and they have a young kid at the counter that has no clue on what he's doing ,maybe the roids is affecting his thinking skills so I get my order ask the young kid if everything was in there he says yes I get home and guest what everything wasn't in there so I called on my way back and tell him about the mishap so I get back and he's like nothing fries are not even in the deep fryer and again kids like all well so I grap my money and leave and I get it there just opening up that location but at the end of the day they should be checking what in the bag and make sure everything is in the bags okay so back to my cold dinner thank you guys at the new chuck's for ruining my dinner...

Called to place an order for delivery. They don’t deliver themselves, no big deal. I was told to use grubhub but grubhub had them listed as closed so I couldn’t place an order for delivery. I called again for pick up instead. Picked up and paid $50 for my food, drove home to eat, and they got my order wrong. Called then went back to the store to solve the problem. No apologies, no acknowledgment of the mistake. Instead, I paid an additional $20 to get what I originally ordered. This store does not give receipts so I couldn’t even reference what I paid for initially.
