Starbucks — Restaurant in Lawrence Township

The people were extremely friendly, but none of the employees knew what they were doing. The employee checking me out at the register kept saying my drink wrong while trying to ring me up. It took me 5 minutes to get him to ring up 'salted caramel mocha frappachino made with skim milk' correctly. There were only 2 people ahead of us, but it took half an hour for me to get a "mystery drink." I asked for a salted caramel mocha frappichino...and I honestly dont know what I got, but it tasted like i was drinking straight espresso with no flavor 😖 I personally didn't ask them to remake my drink because they all looked stressed and new, but I felt like they were seriously lacking in communication at this location which resulted in a lot of drinks being made wrong. The people before myself and after me all had "mystery drinks" as well...This has been a constant problem at this location, since it was opened. I can only hope starbucks can solve this...

Great location, convenient drive thru, well maintained, and quick. There's rarely any lines.

The drinks and food are delicious and I've never had a problem with the quality of my drinks. The staff is very friendly. I frequently order ahead on my phone and my order is always ready for pickup when I arrive. At other locations, I've had problems with others taking my orders and have to wait for them to re-make my drink, but not at this location!

The only improvement would be the limited selection. I have 3 examples. I like a specific kind of salad and they've been out of that 2 out of 3 times I've looked. The drink selection on the app also says "out of stock at this store " for many drinks on the menu, even the ones listed near the top (presumably in season and offered at other locations). I've been going to this Starbucks for a few years, I often used it as a study spot to meet with hometown friends and do college assignments. It's a really sweet Starbucks in town, although I miss the local cork board that was up with local flyers, it made the Starbucks feel more invovled in the community. The only downside of this Starbucks is that Lawrenceville Prep kids get very noisy in here when they come to do their school work (in pre-Covid times). It is not a large Starbucks with room to hold tons of kids so the noise level can be very high, espeically when other people of local businesses or the community come to meet or do work. Even with noise canceling headphones, there have been a few times I had to call it quits and go home due to the ambient...
