We were so excited that there is a Tamil nadu style restaurant which was opened 3 months ago and wanted to try it out. However when we reached the place ordered 3 dishes- kizhiparota chicken, kizhiparota egg and Ceylon parota vadacurry combo. We were so hungry and finally when the food arrived at the table. It was so disappointing that all the food which was served were so salty and not eatable. When we complained this to the staff there. They apologized and said because it was closing time and probably due to the chef being in hurry this mistake could have happened. So we again asked them to prepare all the food we ordered and told them we will take away. But after waiting for a while we were given only the kizhiparota and egg which was prepared. Inspite of telling the chef to taste the food what he had prepared the first time which was salty, he said he had thrown the food in the trash and he kept saying that from morning lot of customers had this and no one complained about it and it was only you who is complaining. What kinda attitude this for a chef. To the owner of this restaurant, if you don't take the reviews seriously and if you don't action on this chef then it is going to be very hard to run this restaurant. We ended up paying only for the kizhiparota and egg and came home. When we tasted it after reaching home this was also so salty. This means the chef doesn't know what he is doing. I seriously doubt whether he even tried to prepare the dish again or just packed the same dish which was sent back the first time. Also I felt the parota doesn't feel fresh. It looks like it's frozen parota which was deep fried in oil and then gravy was poured on top of it and served. I ended up throwing this dish in the trash. Totally unethical to run a restaurant like this. I felt so bad to have tried in...

We just came for the first time, sceptical and we found this Absolutely fantastic food.
Recently, we had their fish curry for takeouts, and it's amazing. Even our peacock loves it.
I'm American and my partner Indian and I can easily tackle the food as it's not too spicy. We know all our regional foods and have never eaten such unique food.
Their seeraga mutton biriyani is spectacular. Tender pieces of goat and the short grain rice are flavored absolutely to perfection.
The 🍗 cken kal dosa is so yummy. It's a bit greasy so wish there was less oil.
Overall we are extremely impressed as most south Indian restaurants kinda serve the same dosa idly stuff but here you get to try extremely unique combinations of veg and...
Read moreI recently ordered from TN Madras Kitchens in Hamilton, NJ, and absolutely loved the food! Every dish had authentic flavors and was perfectly cooked.
The Tawa Egg was delicious — flavorful, slightly spicy, and cooked just right. The Veg Biryani had that perfect South Indian aroma, with well-seasoned rice and fresh vegetables. The Indo Noodles (Veg) were a pleasant surprise — full of flavor, not oily, and with just the right texture. And the Segara Chicken Rice was outstanding — tender chicken, great portion size, and a wonderful balance of spices.
Overall, the food tasted homemade, fresh, and satisfying. Definitely one of the best South Indian restaurants in the area — highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Tamil Nadu-style...
