Great and very extensive menu. Please pay attention to the description of the restaurant, "South Asian food", so the choices are not only limited to Thai food but also feature Malaysian cuisine. The service was quick and efficient, our take-out order was ready right on time. The quality of food was very good. The only reason we are not giving Thai Pin a 5-star rating is due to the fact that our requests for a specific degree of spiciness were not entirely honored. For instance, we asked that our Bangkok Duck is prepared mild but it was served very spicy instead. We realize that the Thai cuisine features a very delicate balance of spices and flavors, but in that case, we should have been instructed to order a Thai Pin Duck instead, which is prepared in sweet sauce. Otherwise, we can recommend Thai Pin highly.

I have had two very unpleasant experiences there. Both times it was order for pick up. The first time was during the peak of the pandemic so I thought, "everyone is low on man power... maybe they don't have enough personnel " and I brushed it off but tonight, as things are more "back to normal" and people are getting out and dining more, I really expected for food to be better. I ordered chicken pad Thai and it was gross. It tasted like it had been sitting for days and they simply wanted it up. The sauce was bland and the noodles were all broken. It was so unpleasant I couldn't get through 3 bites. The Roti Prata which is meant to be like a crepe was the greasiest thing I've ever had. It was disgusting. I for one, will never be back.

A good go to Thai restaurant in vicinity… Always a good experience here… Good quality food I have been here multiple times. Reviewing it first time. We ordered- #Food -Thai Iced Tea & Thai Iced Coffee: very tasty must have. -Thai Spring roll : good taste -Peanut Chicken Lettuce Wrap : Loved this, tasted amazing. A must have. -Basil Fried Rice - was okayish Their Thai curries are good. #Ambiance A cute seating and ambiance. The server is attentive. The restaurant is not that crowded, I saw lot of takeouts.

As our yearly family ritual to celebrate my daughter's birthday over the last 5 years since she loves Thai food, we went this year too to celebrate. We went there for dinner with a family of 5 to enjoy this special day to me. On arrival we were waiting nearly for 15-20 minutes to be seated. The host is extremely impolite and uninterested! The service was extremely slow, with only one person Lee , handling all the orders, taking orders on phone, seating all guests, provinding bills and collecting payments, in short everything outside of the kitchen! This is not the way to run a restaurant! Maybe the owners are just trying to get maximum profit and not hire more people! That is still acceptable, but what ensued and ensured that we don't ever return is outlined in the next paragraph! We were so far enjoying the food, though every dish was being delayed and ofcourse our man Lee, was very disinterested and also agitated to take orders, understandably since he was the only person doing all the job! The food was excellent, and that's why we had been going there for past 5 years. When we ordered for the Pineapple fried rice, which we love, it came out as usual in a pineapple and looked very appetizing. It tasted as good equally. I decided to take one order back home for my neighbor. I inquired if it can be served in a pineapple like the way it is for dine in for a to-go order. The waiter Lee, was extremely rude and sarcastic and said we cannot give pineapples away for every order, and then the horrific statement that followed made us all feel sick and nauseous!! Lee told us that the pineapples were reused everytime for every order. They just rinsed and reused the same pineapples over and over again to serve the the Pineapple Fried Rice!! We almost threw up instantly hearing that and then on closer inspection we found there were dark ugly spots like fungal spots on the pineapple! It completely spoilt our evening and our cherished day! They lost a customer for good, and I am sure it also does not matter to them!! Please avoid going to this restaurant or go at your own risk!!! God help you!!!

EDIT: This is post response from the management!! Sorry, it was not a joke, not by any means!! Even if it was your so called joke you don't make stupid jokes to your customer when they are eating!! Your establishment is a joke! And no I am not angry, I am just warning people to eat at your establishment at their own risk! I am never coming back!! So you remember when I visited? Interesting! Indeed I have better things to do in life, one of them is also as a food reviewer and local guide, to warn prospective diners of negligent...

I decided to try their lunch special for takeout. Here are the experiences I had: While I was waiting for the food in the front, I heard microwave beeping sound. I was the first and only customer there, so I could hear everything from the kitchen. Did they just microwave my food? They don't give you utensils unless you ask, so I ended up having to find my own chopsticks and napkins. They increased price without letting you know up front, it certainly doesn't match the price on their menu. People usually just pay the total without paying attention to the details, I glanced over and noticed each item was over $10. The menu says $9.50 but they charge you $10.50. The ingredients in the food were shameful. In the green curry, there was literally just once piece of eggplant in it. The beef was so bad that I couldn't chew any of them, had to spit them out. In the Masaman curry, there was merely a quarter of a potato chopped into tiny pieces, and they were definitely undercooked. I guess the microwave didn't quite do its job of cooking the potatoes. The rest of the curry was filled with onions. The chicken didn't taste like real chickens but at least it was chewable, texture was like rubberish. The other vegetables in the curry were just not fresh, like the green beans, it was slammy and rotten. In the menu it says lunch specials include a soup, I ordered 2 lunch specials and had 0 soup in my takeout. I spent over $20 just on lunch and ended up eating very little food with mostly rice.

While it's understandable to increase the price, but you need to update those in the menu so it's transparent! You can't just hope that customers won't notice a couple dollars more in their bill. Then match the quality of your food with the price increase! Don't skimp out on the ingredients and try to squeeze every penny out of it. You charge $10.50 for a small dish, would it break your bank if you put in a few extra pieces of eggplant and potatoes? Perhaps you are not profitable because you are losing customers, not by skimping out on the ingredients. You certainly have lost me...

I ordered Prawn noodle soup. It came in in a bowl, it was hot and good looking. But it tasted so nasty, I hardly tried to explain my situation. Then decided to just pay and leave. I tried same dish in some other places and am a huge fan of it, but here its nasty. Apart from this, have noticed ridiculous prices when compared to any Thai restaurants in this locality. Lady working here was good, left one start to her else this restuarant deserves negative stars.

I got the following response from restaurant owners.

Chaitanya, but we understand that our flavors aren't for everyone. That said, we do recall our server checking on you, and you let us know you were enjoying your meal. To provide context on our pricing, it reflects our commitment to providing the highest quality ingredients in our recipes. While you expressed that our server did a great job, she was left no tip.

These is not even making sense. If their flavors are not for everyone, then they have to let us know before ordering. Also I never said, I am enjoying the food. When a bowl was left 80% unconsumed how come these guys claim I enjoyed the food served? I never said woman working there did a great job, instead I said she was good. I was charged fully for the dish, which i left almost 80%, and I paid it. Instead of asking me what went wrong in the dish Owner was complaining about tip. When a bowl of noodle was charged around 13$ which I ate almost nothing and expecting tip on top of it? Owners, you should pay her extra on behalf of unsatisfied customers as u looted full amount from unsatisfied customers. Also, owner asked to give a try one more time, answer fo...
