Sorry, but your response is a lie and what I have attached proves it. I have attached the exact review, photos of what you sent, along with other reviewers having similar complaints. There are similar complaints on Doordash and you have a 4.4 Yelp rating. Lying is bad for business, getting caught worse. You cannot send a blob of oil and slime in a bag for $10 and expect no reaction. The photos I posted speak for themselves along with the other negative reviews on there. As a patron, it is important to share our experiences so that good businesses can do better and we are protected from ones that do not do the right thing. Three photos were submitted on the order. Support agreed the cookie was unacceptable and did not appear to have pistachios in it. We gave you the benefit of the doubt and asked if it was perhaps a mistake. We opened the cookie and showed top, bottom, and inside in the photos. We also submitted a photo of what was advertised. The resolution I would expect is for a business to check with the kitchen and verify what happened not to argue over whether the word visit applies. Do you fight with anyone who you send bad product to? We have agreed we will not be going back at this point. Frankly, the portions were tiny, the prices excessive for the quality ($40 for three single-serving bakery items), and there are many warm and friendly bakeries in Princeton who respect and appreciate their customers. On the last visit ordered a pistachio cookie that had almost zero pistachio and was so wet, and oily it didn't hold together well and not something you woukd eat. For a $9 cookie, it was unacceptable. I was so disappointed. Though I really liked the touch of the bag provided with a note on it.

Wow – what an awesome bakery! Soozel Sweets is truly a hidden gem tucked away in Lawrenceville. From the outside, it’s easy to miss — the cursive fonts and exterior signage don’t really scream “bakery,” which is a disappointment because what’s inside is absolutely worth discovering.
Once you step in, though, it’s dessert heaven! They’ve got an impressive variety — baklava, pistachio sweets, Dubai-style chocolates, and more. Everything looked so tempting. I picked up a chocolate croissant, and I have to say — it’s one of the best I’ve had in all of NJ. Flaky, rich, and perfectly baked.
Tried a few other desserts as well and they were all delicious. The coffee could definitely use an upgrade, but honestly, the sweets make up for it. Plus, there’s plenty of parking outside, which is always a bonus.
Overall, a great experience. Just wish the exterior matched the quality inside. Still, this place is not to be missed for dessert lovers — I’ll...
Read moreI visited this establishment a few times and thought the cookies I purchased each time was delicious. This time was a little disappointing. I purcharsed two of the biscoff cookies(which is my favorite), peanut butter chocolate and brown butter chocolate chip. The biscoff cookies tasted a little old and no filling at all, unless it was overbaked. The peanut butter chocolate was burnt at the bottom. I couldn't taste the chocolate or the peanut butter. I just tasted the burnt. I just wish I wasn't given the burnt cookie and the old biscoff cookies. More like a day old it tasted like, or maybe it was baked too long. I think the burnt cookies should have been thrown in trash or sold at a discounted price for those who don't mind eating burnt cookies. I only took off one star because of my experience. I know they are normally better than that. I will still go back to them. The staff is polite and the owner, dad is very nice. I just forgot to take the photos. I wish I would have remembered to...
