At this point, I just have to laugh. Anytime my husband and I are in this area and we want some burgers we always say, “Maybe we should go to Burger King… maybe they’ll get it right this time HAHAHA” because it is quite literally every single time we go here there’s an issue. They’re either incredibly slow or our order is messed up. This time I decided to go inside instead of the drive-through thinking maybe it’d be a little quicker that way. I put in a mobile order 20 minutes before I even got there. When I got there, two employees were standing there on their phones, which wouldn’t be a big deal, I get wanting to check your phone if you literally have nothing to do, but my order wasn’t even prepared yet. The man who finally came over to acknowledge me at the counter, had no idea what I was talking about and completely pulled some random order out of his ass to give to me. When I told him that’s not at all what I ordered finally another employee came out ( which I’m assuming was a manager.) And after about 10 more minutes, we finally got our order. This is and always will be the absolute worst fast food location I have ever been to in my entire life. We were actually going to try the other Burger King location that was just a few minutes away, but we saw those reviews were pretty terrible too. Read moreFriday night I was passing through Lawrence, Ks and my son and I went through the drive thru, at 1100 3rd St, to get something to eat. They got got our order wrong, which happens I understand, but that's not the worst part. I went back in to have them make it right and there was no one around. I called out to get someone's attention and nothing. After waiting about 5 minutes, I sent my son to the car to get my phone. We called and again nothing. At this point, 2 sets of customers came through the door. I called again, and then an employee, just coming on shift, came in, clocked in and promptly assisted us. He went and found the employees that were there, but no where around when I called, and showed them how to fix a screen they were blaming for our order being messed up. Then instead of waiting on the other customers, they lady was too preoccupied with how he fixed the screen. One customer stayed and ordered, the other ones left, very unsatisfied. We received our correct order, which the onion rings were burnt and honestly the rest did not taste good at all. I appreciate the nice fellow that had just got there and quickly fixed what the other 2 had messed up. But to other 2, really should not be in customer service. Read morePoor service and product. I was served a crossandwich with cold bacon this morning. Not a big deal except that when I tried to return for one without cold bacon I was told, by the manager, that that's the way they serve it. When I tried to trade it for a different product that wouldn't have any cold ingredients I was told that I couldn't trade it. I genuinely felt like "We have your money so we could care less if you like our product." After I suggested microwaving the bacon the manager did that. To be clear the manager wasn't rude or anything but I just think it's poor customer service and a poor reflection of your product. It's not just that the bacon wasn't initially warmed up it's that the bacon was cold and the manager said it was supposed to be that way. I have a hard time believing that.
