I needed a car battery and - luckily - they had one in stock (sometimes smaller stores have less supply). I drove over there and by the time I was done paying and chatting with the cashier (about 15 minutes) the battery was installed and I was able to leave! Everyone was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and polite as I hit them with a ton of car-and-car-battery-ignorant questions.
The battery is their generic brand with a 6 year warranty (as opposed to the crazy high-tech stuff you'll find online) and that sits just fine with me. I'm sure if I have any trouble they'll replace the battery...
