My online order was not ready and I had a long wait. The store was very crowded but there were around 8 crew members so they should have been much more organized. It was chaos. The staff couldn’t seem to tell which orders needed to be made and it what order. I stood and watched and eavesdropped while the staff worked. They were not working as a team and there was no organization. Only one person was wearing food service gloves and I watched two workers constantly touching and scratching their faces while making food. Customers were so frustrated. I finally got my blizzards and they were the consistency of milk shakes. One of them was overflowing onto my hand when I picked it up....
Read moreI had a very poor experience here trying to get food through the drive thru. We had ordered a couple meals and some ice cream. I was expecting them to take a little longer because of this. When the food was finally ready, they didn’t give us one of the blizzards we ordered or a drink that came with the meal. So I waited and when the attendant finally came back I told them what we were missing. So they gave us the ice cream and closed the door, when I still needed my drink. So I waited again, and once they came back I told them I still needed a drink. The person who was working provided very poor customer service, and I will not come back and spend my money here...
Read moreWe ordered (on Mass St) 2 peanut buster parfait and 1 med. Strawberry sundae with whipped cream and nuts. The guy repeated back to us twice then said what was the 3rd item. We pull around 1 car in front if us then us we waited 5min for them to even greet us and rake card another 5 min to only get half the order and they didn't even have the 2nd peanut buster 3 guys looked liked they didn't know what they were doing. When we tell them they shut window and then a females blankly stares at us and says they still need to charge us for the other one. Barely a dollup of whipped cream on Sunday for .30 cents and no nuts!! What the freak happened...
