I dislike when I have to give a bad review simply because I know it affects a person’s business but this place simply needs to do better.

Every time I’ve gone with my family simply to give it another chance.. it just disappoints each and every time.

Service: every time we/I go there’s always a new worker there who isn’t properly trained on what’s on the menu and simply gives the vibes that they just don’t want to be there.

Most of the things on the menu they don’t have or don’t make.

The food is just ehh. There’s not much to it. We finish it simply bc we’re paying for it not because it’s enjoyable.

BUT I can say that the mozzarella sticks that I once ordered for my son tasted really good but did not come with marinara sauce and it tasted freshly made not like they were frozen. poor service & music way too loud for an eatery. I went friday the 21st and had a short light-skinned waitress. She didn't bring us napkins nor utensils, didn't offer to get us drinks. I like really loud music at the club but when I go out to eat, I would like to hear what the waitress is saying and what the people I go out to eat with are saying. I asked the waitress to put it down and she only brought it down a smudge and said she couldn't bring it any lower. You can't go there to unwind, have drinks and talk to your people, unless you scream at them the whole time. They should have stuck to food trucks because at least the people can get things to go. When you call to place an order, the system hangs up and sends you a link to order online. This isn't very inclusive, especially for people who may not be comfortable with technology. Not everyone knows how to navigate online ordering, and it feels like the restaurant is overlooking that.

Additionally, the food has been disappointing. I ordered a shrimp quesadilla, it hardly came with any cheese. It wasn't even warm, which is surprising since I ordered right after they opened. For $22, not including tip, the quality just doesn’t match the price.
