7/23/2025: Now that Tiff/Tiffany is gone from this location, it's a much more pleasant experience!
6/5/2025: So, Tiffany strikes again! Today a relative of mine had a similar rude encounter with Tiffany. While awaiting the completion of her order she asked for some O.J. to give to her son who was going into a medical emergency/seizure and was met with a rude response from Tiffany & no assistance at all. At this point this is 3 encounters that I'm aware of or have witnessed where Tiffany has been rude to a black woman. I believe she's racist & what's even worse is that even the employee's at this location complain about her & want her gone. Please help me understand how she's consistently rude to customers yet still has a job?! I once again called the corporate headquarters & I expect a call back within 48hrs. or further action will be taken.
5/19/2025: I spoke with a rep at the corporate office & provided more details regarding this incident. The rep provided wonderful customer service & informed me that they would provide the info to the owner of this specific location. I hope that this employee was handled appropriately as I never heard from the owner follow this conversation. Nevertheless, I will continue to patronize this location & hopefully I will not have to be subjected to such disrespect in the future.
5/15/2025: I patronize the Pendleton Pike location daily & have had great service until today when employee Tiffany decided to get rude with me & told me to "shut up" when I went inside to address an issue with my online order. I admit that I snapped on her, even throwing in a few colorful words but I will not tolerate disrespect or told to shut up by anyone. Read moreI just went through the drive through and after waiting 30 minutes I got to the speakers. I was asked to go ahead with my order which I did. At the end of it no one said anything. I asked did you get that and no one said anything. After 5 minutes a different voice came on and asked me to start my order.
When I shared that I had already placed my order the original voice came on and stated that they received a prank order and that’s why. I stated I’d also been waiting patiently and restarted my order. When I got to the window I was asked to state my order again. I did so and asked for the manager.
I was told there was no manager and no general manager. I asked for corporate number and was given the number to the store which I didn’t know was the number to the store. I called the number while still sitting in the drive through. Someone answered and said they were “Smoothie King Helpdesk”. I asked the managers info and they said there was no manager for the location but there was a manager in training named Holly.
The girl then proceeded to act as if she was a helpdesk operator and got my receipt number and name. When I discovered the number I received was the same as the store number I asked her what the store number was, and she hung up.
I continued to sit at the window and a young boy came and asked me to move. When I asked again for the number he stated he didn’t have it but could take my number. Considering the mockery that took place I didn’t trust that and asked for the General Managers name which he said was Ralph and he refused to give me a last name or his name.
I left after finding an email address.

Read moreI use to come here every week now ever so often. You have to get lucky and hope the staff even acknowledges you have walked into the store. When the white owners are at the store everyone is so pleasant but when they are not there the staff could careless. I walked in to be greeted by mean faces and attitudes no one spoke no one asked what I would like. If you dont like your job I get it but it's not the customers fault or problem. Also to speak to management directly I have come here multiple times and the location was severely understaffed for the demand which I'm sure is directly affecting the level of service your customers are getting no one likes to be underpaid and overworked So I'm here 1yr later and just left the same location. They were handing out watery looking smoothies to everyone. My order was requested extra thick and I got a cup of cold juice basically and was the. told it depends how the blend it. If this is not the worst excuse for NOT caring about what you hand out I have ever heard. Then offered to add ice to an already destroyed smoothie which will just water it down. Either they were trained properly to make smoothies correctly or they dont care. This is for management to figure which. The other locating in indy which are very for me have better service and product quality. I randomly visit those as well and have always had a great smoothie from the other locations....
