5 stars for the food. If KFC had a baby with Popeyes this is how I would imagine the chicken tastes like. Fries are the best ive ever had!!! They remind me of old school Burger King fries, suuuuper crunchy, bomb flavor, they stay crispy even after 2 days in the fridge with no re-heating!....5 stars for the customer service in general. Could be just a little better, but the place is always packed at EVERY hour and they do the best that they can so i give them credit ....HOWEVER.....knocking off 2 stars for the heavy-set, middle aged white guy working the register....don't know if he's an owner or an employee, but his service is not very good compared to the rest of the team....went in today and ordered "The Suffering"; a delicious chicken sandwich with an "extra spicy" sauce....I asked to add truffle to the fries and all he said was "I can't do that"; no explanation, no nothing.(Which I don't get why not since it's on the menu to pay extra for adding parmesan or truffle to a side of fries anyways. i figured i would just pay the extra)..But my biggest disappointment was that I ordered my sandwich with spicy chicken and i didnt get it. Spicy chicken with the Suffering sauce; the same exact sandwich as the Suffering, just with spicy breading instead of regular breading. I don't know why he didn't get that from first ordering, or why he looked confused, but he lead me to believe he understood what I asked for, and charged me for it. I should of known when I saw "add spicy sauce" on the receipt that it wasn't what I ordered....he also initially gave me the wrong receipt, and when i asked for mine, he wanted to joke about it saying "dont worry about it" as if he didnt want to look for it. Long story short, I don't know if this guy is just new, or if he just doesn't know how to run the register, or if he just doesn't want to deal with it, (or maybe a combination of it all) but I didn't get what I asked for, so I'm going to give it one last shot and order what I wanted this time around a little differently, maybe with someone else, to see if that'll work......$15 total by the way; the Suffering meal ( 1 sandwich, fries, and a medium fountain drink) with a side of coleslaw. But worth every penny for the taste...
Read moreThis 3 star rating is based on experience not the food the food here is great I came here the 1st time it opened took a little long to get my food but it was expected cause it was there opening day. I gave it a second try today I ordered my food on the phone and the girl told me it would take 15 minutes It it literally took 50 minutes. The place was busy at the time there was a lot of people in the restaurant waiting on takeout orders But I started noticing that people that placed orders after me We're being called Every time a order was placed on the shelf they would call out a name but my name was not being called. I did notice a order was placed on the shelf and no one called the name for it. I waited an extra 15 minutes before I went up to the counter just in case it wasn't my order but when I went up to counter it turned to be my order.its had been sitting there for 15min and it was called. It was a very frustrating experience because there was 3 cashiers up front but not one of them bothered to ask me do you need help. I was almost the last customer waiting for a takeout order. You would think one of them would've asked. I won't be back here for a...
Read moreOH.MY.GOD! This place is HEAVENLY. Not only is there a huge variety of food, but the prices are super reasonable. I often go here before (or after) therapy as a treat. People were super kind when I ran out to my car to wait as I had brought my dog with me.
The Korean Corn Dogs were delicious! The sweet Gochuchung (excuse my horrible spelling) sauce was a great addition, plus the Mayo and the parm cheese. The cheese in the corn dog was very stretchy!
The fries were DELECTABLE! They had like some parm cheese on top and I opted to add the truffle. Wasn’t super overpowering and the fries were suuuuuuuuper crispy.
I have gotten their orginal chicken sandwich, which is hard to beat (and thankfully really hard to mess up!)
I have also gotten their “cheesy chick” sandwich and it was suuuupper good and honestly huge. The cheese in the middle was a great addition. Between the fries, sandwich, and corndogs, I managed to make 3 meals out of it all.
One thing I really enjoyed was that the manager came out and was asking everyone how their service and food was. That is the way a manager should interact with customers! Highly...
