This is the latest iteration of this restaurant under new owners.
The dishes are well made, not heavily Americanized. Less sugars are used and not over-sauced. You can taste the food!
The dine-in dishes are presented well, and take-out holds their flavors and crispness.
Prices are normal, and portions tend to be on the large size. You also have the options to have half size portions.
I think you must give them a try and you will come back for more!
This is a growing business that has plans to renovate and increase the menu size and selections. So your continued business is much needed to help them succeed in their future plans.

So was it a bad night or a new chef? Also, stop using frozen peas and carrots in your fried rice. All the fast food, cheap Asian places do that! Use onion, green onion, bean sprouts, egg, napa cabbage...any combination of them ...
If this type of less superior cooking continues I will has to stopped recommending your food. Please go back to making superior food correctly and find the dragon's breath again!
As always, if you enjoyed my review, don't forget to "Like" my...

Food quality seems to be dropping off, which is sad because I typically enjoy their food and having the buffet regularly is convenient now. Unfortunately, I feel like things are beginning to slip and I am capable of making just as good if not better Americanized Chinese food at home for less.
