This braums has gone down hill since the new GM took over. I called in a pick up order the night before. The AMAZING night manager, wrote down my order along with sent a heads up in their managers group chat! Very pleased with how she made sure that the morning crew would know. Well I get there a little early 11:20, so I can pay. I didn’t think they would be completely done since it was 30 burgers but at least started! I get to the counter and the cashier had no idea and goes and gets the GM, she acted confused and when I said, I was told it was even sent in your group chat she says “ I have time” very rudely no apology nothing. So I waited 15 mins after pick up time and treated poorly by the manager. I called in ahead so these drill sergeants would get their food on their scheduled time to eat. Luckily the amazing cook Brock was able to cook 30 burgers super fast and only took 20ish mins. He felt so bad and I felt bad for him because it was in the middle of their lunch rush, so other people were waiting along time for their food! The service was poor and the food made me sick.

Their was a lady there named lerma or larma who is a manager and she took the order in a calm voince. When I received the order I noticed that I was missing a couple items that were on my receipt, so I went back up and let her know she messed up, and then was met with eye rolls and then getting snapped at and cussed at because she "knows what she's doing and she's a manager so she's knows how to do things.". Finally got the correct order and kept getting glared at. Left and later got really sick. Called back in and guess who answered lerma/larma and she didn't care and I then got hung up on.

Don't eat here. And don't work here. I sit in the dining room sometimes and this same manager snaps at the workers and costumers. Obviously they don't care about this location.

It was awful! I waited a long time in the drive thru to place my order waiting for 3 cars ahead of me to move up. When I finally get to place my order... 2 bacon cheese burger combos, up-sized to large, with 2 additional LG fries... when I got to the pick-up window I was asked to pull to the side of the building to wait on fries. I know that fries take about 2 minutes to cook but I was waiting for 8 minutes before I decided to go in and see where my food was and low and behold.... they forgot about me 😡😡😡 That gets so far under my skin. Because now my fries are warm instead of fresh and hot. No matter which Braums I got to in Lawton, I've notice the quality of service and food has gone down.
