Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Lawton

The only reason I am giving the Marco's on the East Side of Lawton is because on Tuesday 22 August 2023 my wife had made a on line order for pizza. A girl/woman named Sarah (I think) was on her personal phone when I pulled up in the drive thru (East Side Marco's) and she was laughing and going on and on while I was waiting for her to acknowledge me being there. After 10 minutes she finally opened the window and I gave my wife's name and she slammed the window in discust like I was bothering her on her personal phone call. Then she got right back on her personal phone and I waited for another 10 minutes for her to bring me the food. As soon as she gave me my food she slammed the window on me and proceeded to continue with her phone call. I had to knock on the window to get her attention and she opened the window and looked at me in discust again when I asked for peppers and cheese. Then I said nevermind and she rolled her eyes and slammed the window on me again and proceeded with her phone call. Then I called up there and I asked for the main manager/owners phone number and she said she was the manager and she said she will not give me the information. When I asked why she didn't give me an answer. I asked again and she said NO!!! I told her I didn't appreciate the way she had treated me and she said she was busy and hung up on me. That was VERY unprofessional and I do NOT deserve to be treated like that. Marco's is our favorite place to order here on the East Side of Lawton. I promise I will NEVER get pizza there if she is working. If I do another on line order and I drive up to the window again or if I decide to walk in and she is working, I promise I'll walk/drive away and cancel my order and get my money back. A person like that will ruin a business. I didn't deserve to be treated like that! Please...

Ordered a pizza with a ready time of 1945 on Jan 27, 2025. Pulled in for pick up at 1952 and sat there for 3 minutes before backing up and driving over the bell again. Nothing. Sat there for another minute before honking the horn. Young girl comes to the window, I explain that this is the second time having to sit at the window wondering where the workers were and asked who the manager was. She then yells "Tina" or something like that and lady comes to the window. I explain again that I rarely order pizza and this is the second time in 5 weeks that I sat at the window waiting. She explained there are 2 workers making pizza who are the drivers and she was in the bathroom then looks at me like what do I need. I ask who her manager was to ensure he is aware that this has the norm for this location and maybe needs to hire more workers. She says John Jenkins and grabs my pizza. I found him on LINKEDIN not FB and asked if it was him and thanked her. I drove home and found my pizza wasn't only cold but also UNCUT. I called Marcos on Eastside Lawton to see if they no longer cut the pizza which is when Tina or whoever the manager is said that she already contacted John Jenkins who said he does not answer people on Facebook (I found him on Linkedin and only wanted to make sure it was the correct person to get in contact with). I then asked how to make a complaint to the company so they know how its being ran and that my complaint is heard, she then told me that there's a link online that allows for complaints, however, I couldn't find said link. I will be looking into this tomorrow! Sad that this used to be my favorite pizza place but will no longer be a customer.

So me and my wife have been eating healthy so when we get our cheat meals we like to make sure we get everything we like. We ordered pizza and 4 sides of ranch since we are ranch lovers and are more than willing to pay for the additional ranch we order with our meals to ensure we enjoy it. We get there and there is a single janky salad dressing packet of ranch in the box. First we bring this to the attention of the guy and he says they are out. Annoying but understandable. I tell him we ordered four packets and paid for them which he then says that those packets are bigger than the regular size they have. They are slightly larger and we ordered 4 of the regular ones and paid for them so I expect 4. He says he’ll go ask and we then hear them arguing in the back about the appropriate size of ranch we should get. He came back and said that’s the equal size and they will not give us more. The packet was not at all equal to four of the standard size ranch we usually get. We paid for something we didn’t receive and rather than fix the issue they were stingy and did not provide what we paid for. He did not give me a refund for it. The pizza comes with one free side of sauce so we would have gotten that single serving packet regardless. I paid additional for nothing. It’s not my fault you are out of ranch but if I’m paying for something I expect it....
