So I ordered a pizza, appetizers, and bread sticks tonight from Papa Louie's pizza... well when the delivery driver brought my food, I gave her a $50.00 bill. When I asked her what the total was, she informed me that it was $45.00 and some change.Then I asked her for my reciept. So she went to her car for a few minutes.... and even apologized when she walked back up to me and handed me a yellow reciept. Well when I return inside, I noticed that the food was wrong so I looked at the reciept the delivery driver handed me... and to my surprise, the receipt was also wrong. This delivery driver not only gave me the wrong reciept but it was from early today at 4:45 and was a credit card reciept. (I had placed my order well over three hours later)... So I called up to papa louies so I could tell them about the wrong order and reciept and asked how much my order was originally anyways when the owner informed me that it was almost ten bucks cheaper that what the driver had told me. He also informed me that it was a mistake , an accident and that the driver made a lot of money so that could be the only possibility. Looking at the bogus reciept that the driver gave me, I noticed that the time ,date, and address was almost at the very top of the reciept. Bottom line: the drivers at papa louies...at least the larger red haired women is a thief that probably makes all that money her boss was talking about by ripping people off! I mean, what ever happened to the customers always right? Bottom. Line, the owner/ boss at papa louies probably needs to hire new delivery drivers because who knows how may times she has taken customers money and gotten away with it? Especially since the boss might as well be ripping people off himself because all he could do is stick up for his faulty driver and act like I was the one who had done something wrong I will never order anything from its placeest you think twice before u do. Read moreNormally, im very pleased with the service here. However, i recently had an issue with whoever the lady was who answered the phone. She told me the grill was shut dowm, so that caused me to modify my order. She seemed annoyed. Then, when i gave the card number that i always give, she entered it wrong and told me id have to use another card, so again, i gave my card number more slowly and lo and behold, the card worked! Did she admit she was wrong? No... did she hang up because this job is apparently too much of an inconvenience? Yep, she did. Will i be tipping what i normally do? Hell no... did it make me angry enough to complain on the internet? Yes. Will I ever order food here again? Undecided. This happened tonight by the way, 12/22/17... I think most people would leave 1 star after something like this, but 99% of the time, i get top notch service here. Maybe she just had a bad day? So im trying to be fair with 3 stars here. Not trying to get anybody fired, but damn im paying all this money, and im used to a certain level of excellence here, so yeah, im leaving a 3 star review.

My last complaint was on their chicken fingers and the were hard and dry. The gentleman was apologetic and said he’d talked to the cook before about overcooking. Last night I ordered the chicken Parmesan Alfredo and the chess topping was very tough and overcooked.?the Parmesan chicken was so salty, I couldn’t eat it.
