It's not the best location. As a delivery driver, I would decline orders from here for the reason they are very rude to delivery drivers. You will wait 20 minutes or more for your customers' orders most of the time and get in no hurry as they stand behind a window talk about customers. Yesterday, on July 26, 2025, I waited in line for almost 30 minutes for a small order for a customer and still didn't get it. Canceled just on my end so another driver could have it, and the employees reported the order and lied, stating I picked the order up when I did not. Took me a long time on call with support to figure out why I was reported. There's an employee with short hair and always dying it blue or green that doesn't care about customers in general and is very rude. I don't like being lied on and will never take another delivery order from here or even go for an order myself. I don't have these issues with the other locations in Lawton. I recommend going to another location besides this one if you want efficiency and just respected as customer. Read moreWORST SONIC IN LAWTON!!! The kiosk showed our order was on the way. There were only five other cars there at the time, so it shouldn’t take them too long. One would think this, but no. After waiting 15 minutes for our order (that we ordered on the app before leaving the house), I pushed the button on the kiosk and told Josh that we’ve been waiting on our order for quite some time. He said it would be right out. A few minutes later, we were handed a bag of cold burgers which were thrown together at best. Upon inspecting the entire order, we noticed we were missing two items. I pushed the button again and told the lady we were missing a couple of items, and the guy that brought our order replied with an attitude that he already brought our order. I let him know what two items we were missing, and didn’t get a response. A different guy brought us our already made, cold items. I suppose had I tipped more than using their keep the change option, I wouldn’t have been treated this way.
