Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lawton

The Pizza hut on Fort Sill blvd. Had the worst service the night I visited. I had to first go up there because they answered the phine and put me on hold for over 6 minutes, so I decided to go up there. Upon entering the building no one realized that I was even in the lobby for over 12 or 13 minutes. There is a clock on the wall and a camera in the corner. I finally talked to the night time Manager and of course she gave a bunch of reasons like they were short staffed and they won't let her hire any more lobby help. She was one off the people that didnt notice i was in the lobby forever, nor did they have any comment cards for you to say things were good or bad. She stated that there didnt have any on the property. I witnessed The night manager make some mistakes while i waited for my Pizza awhile as she gave a drive thru order to a lobby customer. She gave me a $5.00 credit with my suggestion. I tried to let Some one on the online website but it keep erasing my words and I gave up! Pizza hut has the best Pizza by far but that spot has a lot of workers that dont care about the...

I normally have amazing service here other than when one manager lady is working by herself. She locks the door and makes everyone goes thru the druve through tonight me and my wife go through the drive thru she tells us she just put it in the oven and was very very rude her kids running in and out. Then she tells us we need to park out front and wait and we will have to drive back through the drive thu so instead of parking we drive around and back in the drive thru to see she just wanted us to move so she could hand her kids free food. She is very rude and unprofessional. No me and my wife was actually very polite but for a manager to be rude to us for no reason and do what she is doing is wrong. All the other workers here are very polite and more professional than this manager. Truly unhappy with how she treated us. On Friday my husband and I order pizza about 8:30 P.M. to best of my knowledge and on Saturday I failed so sick! I threw up and poo so many times I couldn’t count them All. My hubby was so sad that I failed Sick after eating it. The bread sticks were so stale not fresh at all. The pizza was okay! Thereafter, I felt stirring up a nasty you know! Also, I felt fainted and about to fall after all the pooping and throwing up so much that my hubby had to hurry and lay me down! I told my husband no more eating out for me. He knows I never like eating out because of this reason and bad experiences I have most of the time when I do choose to eat out. You know every blues moon!
