STAY AWAY!!! My husband and I recently purchased a couch and oversized chair from here. We were, at first, greeted with open arms, laughter, and a real home feeling but that all changed once the purchase was made. I loaded in the pillows of the couch and took the chair home that evening and told them that I'd be back tomorrow to pick up the rest. Here's where it got interesting.......The next morning I went into the store to ask about more pillows because there was more on the couch (on display) and I wanted to make sure I got them all. While there, I was treated rude and felt very ganged up on by the whole team working that day. (Keep in mind that this is a family run business) After this incident I called my husband and told him that I was just treated in the manner in which I just explained and he told me he'd call. After he called them they insisted that "my wife" called them liers numerous times. He then told them that he would be over after a while to pick up the couch..

Upon receiving the couch when the loaders (not my husband) loaded it into his truck my husband brought it home which is only a 10 minute drive. After he and the neighbor took it off the truck he noticed that the corner piece was loose as if it was broke. He immediately called the store and was basically told that the couch was fine when the loaders loaded it. (Keep in mind that I drove straight home and unloaded it with my neighbor) (Lets also keep in mind that this is a family owned and run business) After their conversation, he was asked to bring it back to the store so they could look at it. Instead, I called back to see if they could come to my house so we wouldn't move it any further. Once they arrived (one loader and some other lady) they basically came in without saying much. The lady was immediately rude to me and basically attacked me and my character in my own home. She kept being rude and trying to put the blame all on us saying that everyone in the store vouches that the couch was not broke while on the floor (display). (Keep in mind that this is a family run business).......of course no one is going to admit their wrong doing and of course no one will come forward and claim it was their fault. Needless to say, I was almost in tears with the way this lady treated me in my own home and the lack of professionalism was pathetic to say the least. I thought you never argue with customers....maybe she was never taught that? Anyways, they took it out of my house and brought it back about a week later and put it back together. What happened next more than shocked me. The one guy actually pulled out a camera and snapped a picture of the couch and then walked out the door. I will be reporting this business on Fort Sill as a business that should be black listed and not authorized to sell furniture to Soldiers. If they treat our service men and women like this, it's hard to imagine how they treat the other Lawton civilians.. Again, DISGUSTED with how this business will smile right in your face until you drop a couple thousand dollars and then blame you when they sell you broke stuff. We moved here from another state and bought a new home. We needed an entire house of furniture. We chose a beautiful king size bed and 2 night stands for our master bedroom from Wichita Furniture. These were delivered and set up by the delivery guys. However, there was damage to the foot board of the bed. Upon a follow up phone call from Wichita Furniture to check in on our delivery, I had informed them of the damage to the foot board. I asked for an email so that I could provide photos of the damage. An email was provided and photos sent. I was told someone would call me; however no one called me to follow up. I visited the store personally after 6 days to follow up on how I could go about getting a new foot board from the manufacturer. I was told that the manager said I signed off on the form after delivery. I spoke with Daphne who said she would run this by the manager. She took my name and phone number. Its been over a week and no one called me. Apparently what is on the floor is what you get even though I was told I wasn't getting the floor display. So basically I was sold the display at full price and received a damaged foot board that the store won't help me fix. Just wanted the manufacturer info to see if I could get a replacement. This store will not refund or allow exchanges. Just know what is on the floor is what you get and should an issue arise that you would like help with, they are very poor in their responses. Overall, poor customer service. I won't be back to this store and will take my business elsewhere. I still have an entire house of furniture to buy. I really felt like I was taken advantage of. Well, I enjoyed working with Wichita furniture company, I can't say the same about their willingness to fix furniture they sell. I bought some high-end living room furniture and with in the year one of the recliners in it broke down, not only were they not willing to help me get the furniture over to get fixed, they said given that it was a month out of warranty, they would not fix it without charging me.. keep in mind the warranty was only one year.

it's easy to sell, and it's easy to say you have good service. I am one unhappy customer. I will not use them ever again. I guess there's been a reply to my review, however I will not ever change my mind about this place. I spent over $12,000 and my name is Chris Hodges, and I very seldom ever do a review for anyone regardless of how bad the service was. I say it again, you are the last furniture company in Lawton that I will do business with. I didn't even have this furniture very long and it already started breaking down, now 3 years into it. I wish everyday I would have bought something different. All of the recliners have broken down and are very seldomly used.
