The service was excellent, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant, positive, and modern. I even used the restroom while I was there, and it looked very clean and smelled clean, too! But you guys want me to spill the tea on the tea!

Well the tea was excellent as well! My gf brought home a strawberry milk tea and a strawberry snow drink I think it was called, as well as one of their waffles the first night... and all of it was so good that I went back with her for the second trip the very next night! I took these pictures while I was there!

When I went in person, I got a matcha latte this time, and I asked them to substitute the usual topping with seasalt cold foam, as well as to sprinkle some extra matcha powder on top. It was so good! Came out perfect and was everything I wanted, and the staff were super nice and friendly, as well as accommodating! I will say the one thing I didn't like was that they asked me if I was sure if I wanted to replace the normal topping with the sea salt one, which made me feel like maybe they thought I didn't know what I was doing, but I assured them I had already had a similar drink once before, and they only asked me once, so really it was a minor thing.

The decorations and the layout are extremely nice. From the chairs to the tables they felt very high quality and welcoming. There was a lot of items on the menu and this place has a lot of options that other places do not offer. I ordered the Taro Milk Tea with Ube Foam and Boba + Hokkaido Milk Tea with Creme Brulee and boba + Waffle with Ube sauce. The boba was chewy and sweet. The Taro Milk Tea has enough sweetness and did not taste like cheap artificial flavoring. The Hokkaido Milk Tea has a strong bunch of tea. I would recommend 75% sweet for this drink. But it’s good because if you like strong tea flavors. This place offers just that. The waffle came out piping hot. The portion is good and the boba is chewy. I wish it was a bit more crunchy but that’s my personal preference. The customer service is very good, they let me try out the Ube foam before ordering it to make sure I like what I’m getting. I wish they provide easier access to napkins because I’m a messy eater. Overall experience...

I’ve been there a couple of times, tried a couple of different bubble tea flavors, they’re good. Unfortunately customer service isn’t that good. I was admittedly having a bad day and this milk tea was the part of my day I was looking forward to. I ordered a tea (thinking it comes with milk) it didn’t, even though the employee told me (my wife heard her) I simply didn’t hear her, it’s too loud at the store and I’m too tired, so it was totally my mistake. I only noticed it doesn’t come with milk when I got it, so I let them know that it’s not what I thought it was, told them it was my mistake and asked them if I could get something else instead they said they couldn’t do that. Unfortunately tea without milk leaves a bad aftertaste for me, so I told them I wasn’t going to have it and I gave it back. They simply took it and that was it.
