Whataburger — Restaurant in Leander

We were greeted immediately by Melissa the manager and all the staff with smiles and help. We ordered the incorrect size on a couple drinks and went to go fix it and immediately were given a bigger size up at no additional cost. We wanted to get a few more sauces and we were given a bag full on top of that the immediate attention to anyone that was at the counter was extremely quick and with a smile. It’s not very common that you come into fast food places where people are excited to be here or give the air of excitement and that is exactly what we felt. We will always come to this specific place anytime we are in the area! This is a new location and everyone is happy to be here. The world is full of unkind, rude and boastful individuals that make one’s day worse than any other had. This entire staff thoroughly enjoys being here and actually care which is something I will always support. We even had another manager Joshua happily go from table to table confirming if everything was made to our liking and fresh. The energy and pride for what the team at this location does is unmatched anywhere else I’ve been. Keep spreading smiles yall! ...

I made sure I have visited at the minimum of 5 times before making a review for this establishment. All 5 times were drive-thru visits.

Food is good, no complaints there.. never got a cold burger or anything in that nature.. In terms of service, out of 5 times I visited, I was asked every single time if I would like Fancy ketchup or spicy. I chose fancy all 5 times, but only got ketchup in my bag 1 time. Also, they have given me the wrong order 2 out of 5 times. Its possible that the staff needs more training to be honest. The 2 lane drive thru does not work.. McDonald's 2 lane drive-thru merges to 1 lane.. and its proven to be more chaos than single lane. But Whataburger double drive-thru is a true 2 lane drive-thru, in theory it should operate better than McDonald's 2 lane drive thru. But here is my experience... I got my order faster than the car in front of me and the lane next to me.. but I cannot leave, I was stuck waiting for the car in front of me to get their big order.. so I wasted 10 additional minutes sitting idled and trapped in a double lane drive through for no...

This was the best Whataburger experience I've had in a long time. I went there at 6:30pm on a Friday night and they were very busy. The dining room was almost full and the drive-thru was overflowing the parking lot. Despite this, and the fact that this is a newly opened store that is probably still getting its footing, the place was running smoothly. It took a little longer to get our food, but the wait was not excessive and was on par with how busy the place was. The managers (I saw two of them on shift) were constantly walking around the dining room engaging with customers and assisting with food running and clean-up duties, and there were multiple employees bussing tables quickly after they were vacated. All the employees were friendly and hustling around getting things done. It was impressive...as was the food. It was the best Whataburger meal I've had in years. I don't eat fast food often, but I will definitely return to this particular Whataburger...
