Casey's — Restaurant in Leavenworth

I chose the wrong store 10 miles across town there is one a mile away this is important (honest mistake we all make them) I called the store to cancel order so I could reorder When I called the store I was on hold...for 41 minutes.. agitated I drove to the store 10 miles away still on hold I mentioned I was on hold instead of apologizing or attempting to explain why the phone was never answered!!! the cashier just kept asking for the order name...I am very disappointed..I love Casey's pizza It doesn't really matter but another thing to know you can't add extra of the same topping on your pizza if you use the Auto order I wanted extra beef but the machine kept telling me that that topping is already on the pizza so I couldn't add it again. Bad service pizza not made to my personal preference due to limitations on auto order by phone call.. just frustrating..it was good day...

I went in the store on Eisenhower in leavenworth, ks. I asked for a croisant and a donut. It was not busy and I was the first in line at the counter. After waiting a few minutes there, as if my time wasn't valuable. The employee( Elaina) arrives and tells me to stand behind the tape. Which I do with no problem. She tells me my total and I throw my twenty$ bill on the counter, right in front of her. I guess she didn't like that, and she tells me not to throw the money. I say jokingly, how else am I supposed to get the money to you? I guess she didn't like that either, and takes my food and tells me to leave. I won't be treated like that by anyone. Especially a bussiness I spend at least a 100$ a month at for the past 10yrs. I am done with Casey's and their overpriced food and...

The store is gross. There is nasty residue and gunk all over the coffee and cappuccino machines. The fountain as well. I didn't want to touch anything. There is dust and dirt all over the merchandise on the shelves, stuff spilt down the front of the cabinets, and in the food cooler that holds the fresh fruit and sandwiches. In the day of rapidly spread viruses, the store is unsanitary. Downright disgusting. I won't be returning and do not recommend this...
