When you work at Starbucks, isn’t the pen supposed to be for writing customers’ names on the cups after asking them?
But at the Starbucks I go to, they’ve never once asked for my name.
Also, why don’t they automatically give receipts? I always have to ask if I want one.
Honestly, it feels like the employees here have it pretty easy.
Every time I order iced coffee, there’s way too much ice. I can’t even taste the actual coffee.
I really think they should reduce the default amount of ice.
Even the hot coffee tastes watered down and flat.
It’s hard to believe I’m paying $6-8 for something that tastes like hotel coffee.
And the staff please be more friendly to customers. They’re all smiles and laughter when chatting among themselves, but as soon as a customer walks in, they turn cold and expressionless.
