We like Dominos so we have given them any chances but it's very frustrating because the order is off and wrong or takes way longer than they said or it's missing components like the dipping sauces every time we've ordered dipping sauces we pay for them in there never in there or the tracker online is not accurate as to what's actually happening it always says our food is here when it's really not we've had other issues with the computer as well like one time the website went down and I had to redo my whole order and at the end it wouldn't give me points for my order because it told me it already credited points from my first one which it had not so I got jipped out of a free pizza that's not the fault of the store of course but things with the store aren't any better we were away and ordered pizza for our elderly grandmother and when the guy knocked she yelled come in but I guess he didn't understand what she said he told us on the phone later when we called to find out why she had no pizza that it sounded like there was a parrot's walking inside and he was very rude so he just left the pizza on the front porch and left and she had no idea it was there and animals ate it and she went hungry this is so unacceptable because he had our phone number and could have called us at any time instead of just...
Read moreYes, not your idea of Brooklyn Pizza, but as a few fellow reviewers pointed out - the late night or even logistical convenience of being right on NJ-31 along with the overall good quality and affordability of the food makes it a great choice for large family and group events. And if your pizza standards are high like mine then order a few pies from your favorite local place, that is - IF they are still open or IF they will deliver over 2 miles away and order Domino's just for the kids who often prefer Domino's anyway and the smaller "user friendly" slices, multi-topping varieties as well as some pretty cool desserts and appetizers. And if in the "unlikely" chance that you are enjoying an alcoholic beverage and hopefully not driving then sneak a few slices when nobody is looking between your other 'sporting event favorites' or salad, which they now also offer. Service unfortunately may vary based on human resources so there will always be unfortunate occurrences but I know James the manager is dedicated and does the best with who he has - by example. So keep them in mind and tip a for good service if you can especially if you live in a rural setting and would...
Read moreWhenever you order one of their 5.99 or 7.99 specials if you order more than one item at the same price they add an extra .50 cents to each additional special. I have brought this to their attention and the customer service line for more than a year now and no changes. They are the only Domino's in the area that does that, so that rules out a system problem. If it was a systems problem it would be pervasive throughout the chain. .50 cents does sound like allot but multiply that by the number of people that are unaware of this and it adds up. One place that I do business with ordered 10 pies and they were unaware of this. When I mentioned it to them they realized they paid an additional $4.50. It's the principle of them know this and not fixing it that bothers me. They have not informed all their staff or even try to correct it unless something is said and even then I have met...
