So disappointed tonight! Bellacino’s is one of my husband’s favorites! We don’t have one close like we used to, so we are always sure to stop by the Lebanon location on our way through. Which is very OFTEN! Tonight we were making one of our pass throughs. We arrived at 8:10. I immediately checked the hours on the door, noting that they closed at 9 pm. Great, plenty of time! WRONG!!! It should be noted now that We were the ONLY customers in the building. The gentleman (who appeared to be in charge at the time), took a very long time taking our order. He was short, difficult to communicate with, and extremely SLOW!!! I decided not to dwell on this and chalked it up to a bad day or being tired. (Even though it was far less professional than it should have been). We then go sit down to wait for our food. We waited and waited...and waited. Here is the WORST PART....the gentleman brings our food over and remarks “just letting you know we close in 10 mins”. So we waited FORTY minutes and dealt with unprofessionalism to be told we couldn’t stay to eat. When I apologized to the man and told him we had no idea it would take so long which is why we felt comfortable ordering when we did, he replied, “I will maayybe be here 5 mins after that, but no later”. My husband has been a loyal customer for many years and has since made customers of myself and our children. Tonight, Bellacino’s lost customers! It’s so discouraging to see what lost arts common courtesy and...
Read moreLet me start out by saying, yes I highly recommend this location. So if you're driving keep heading this way. I have a couple of complaints but I believe there's a perfectly good reason for them. First thing I don't understand is that a pizza place that sells subs and yet they don't have a chicken parmesan grinder on the menu. You have all ingredients there put it on the menu that should be permanent. Second I don't know if they were short staffed but I only saw two people working which leads me to my next complaint. The location was about 1/3 full but there were several other tables maybe 3 or 4 that were dirty. Apparently people had eaten there but the tables never got cleaned but I'm guessing it's just because of the short staff. And the carpet when you first walk in was pretty dirty. I didn't use the bathroom so I don't know the cleanliness of the bathroom but the cleanliness of the kitchen area seem to be good. I do believe if they had that third person working those tables and that carpet would have been cleaned and I've definitely would have given them five stars. But like I said before this is a good stop and the food...
Read moreThis go around I have to say we were upset. My wife and I eat here about once a month service is usually tolerable but never superb just seems like none of the employees enjoy their job. However this visit ticked a nerve after waiting much longer than usual with not many in the dinning room our food finally came out. Problem 1 my wife had someone's hair baked into the cheese of her grinder. She took the grinder back to the counter where the employee didn't say a word to her just took the plate and walked to another employee and started talking. 20 minutes has now gone by so I get up to say something and the employee is pulling her grinder out of a to go box and serving it on a plate. Someone pulled it off the grill and tossed it under the warmer. And once again not even a hint of sorrow. No apology given for the hair or the forgotten grinder. I will go back but I wanted to make sure I let this be known so hopefully the owner can see what is...
