Gyro & Philly Steak2 — Restaurant in Lebanon

I've been looking for some great Greek takeout. Nothing is worse to me than ordering a Gyro plate, getting home and finding it smothered in onions and red/green peppers and other nonsense that drown out the flavor of the meat (and only certain places get THAT flavor right). Well now- THIS place is my go-to from now on! Delicious Gyro plate on a bed of rice with cucumber sauce (my choice), pita bread, salad (I chose Tabouli), and an option for extra meat! They loaded my to-go container with more than I could eat in one setting, and hey- I love leftover Gyro meat late at night. The pandemic caused many of these restaurants to close down, and for me- I miss the food that this place offers. I forgot to order baklava! And it looked perfect! EDIT 8/8/23 - The wings have been coming properly sauced so Ive changed my rating as promised!

The first couple times I would have rated them a SOLID 5. The "Philly steak" is NOT a Philly cheesesteak, but it IS a good steak sandwich. The gyros are really good (can't speak for authenticity), burgers are surprisingly excellent and the wings were perfection. It is extremely difficult to find properly fried wings with decent buffalo sauce in this area. Initially, they had it. But the last two times we've ordered, the wings came with a squirt or two of sauce. Pictures included to show how they arrived vs how they should look. For everyone who is looking for Halal food. The owner confirmed verbally everything is halal but I didn’t see any certificate for Halalness of the food is served. So I got fish which was very good. I think they need to put up sign or certificate that place is Halal so we as Muslims could order food without any suspicion. Update: Today I visited this place again and the guy at the register confronted me with my review. I told him I put an honest review. Today the workers confirmed that they serve pork bacon. Any place that sells pork mustn’t tell that the food is halal. You can easily replace pork bacon with beef one. If someone is looking for a halal food I suggest to go to...
