They treat you like a thief when you try to get the food you’re missing because it was too hard for them to read their order screen the first time.
I am changing my 5-star review to reflect the current quality of this store. This location used to be a high quality business. Unfortunately they’ve gone far downhill.
I ate inside yesterday because three recent delivery orders were missing entire tacos. They messed up my order while inside too! I ordered 1 of the paid green sauces and 3 of the new paid Disha sauces. When my food was ready, there was no sauce. I even opened a box to verify no sauce was hiding before telling the cashier. I forgot the green and only told her about the missing Disha. Instead of getting me the portion of my order that was missing like someone trained in customer service, she took a long time to pull up the order history to print my receipt. Surprise! The Disha sauces that I already paid for were on the receipt. She said “oh, you did pay for them” in a tone that made it obvious that she suspected me of demanding food I didn’t pay for. I said “I know I did. I paid for them”.
After I started eating is when I realized they forgot my green sauce too. So I went back with my receipt since they treat customers like thieves. The cashier decided to believe me this time and didn’t inspect my receipt. However, she was sweeping and asked someone behind the counter to get my sauce. THE NEW GUY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR TWO GREEN SAUCES. He told me it was 52 cents and didn’t even ring it into the register. Did he seriously think I was going to change my mind? Now this is the second employee who assumed I wanted free sauce, but also assumed I wasn’t willing to pay when they fought with me to protect their business from losing a 20 cent sale. First of all, no one said two sauces. Second of all, WHY WOULD I PAY TWICE FOR A SAUCE BECAUSE THIS STORE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO READ ORDERS BEFORE GIVING THM OUT.
I understand people try to get free sauce all the time. You CANNOT treat your honest, paying customers like THIEVES. You’ve ruined your chances of keeping a 4-year regular. Whoever hired new staffing in the last year, you need a new job yourself. I will be telling everyone I know not to come here anymore, and I know a lot of people after living here for so long. Read moreIt’s definitely not the best Taco Bell location by any means. I come here often because it’s convenient for me but I’m not sure I’ll be coming back after today. In the past it’s been very hit or miss. The employees are friendly and some days the food is better than others but I’ve had them forget to include my hard shell tacos on like 3 different occasions, been served old-tasting, barely warm food , and some stuff is just made poorly with bad proportions. However my experience today put the nail in the coffin. My tortilla chips had an absolutely terrible, chemical-like taste to them and did not taste like something that should be eaten. The rest of my food tasted okay but soon after finishing my food I began to feel absolutely terrible for like an hour and a half. I experienced severe abdominal pain, a bad headache, sudden fatigue, and just an overall feeling of being unwell. I’m certain that it was the food that caused this because my boyfriend ordered the same exact thing and had the exact same experience. Read moreI have a love hate relationship with this location the staff has always been good but the food has not always been good sometimes the food is not as good as it is at other locations for example I ordered the mexican pizza and the crispy tortillas tasted old or like they came from a broken vacuum package and i mean old like when tortilla chips get old they have a weird paint smell and taste and that was what it was like and the soda often has a odd taste also like old syrup system lines that need to be replaced that have been used too long and unfortunately for me i only ever go there on my work lunch break and rarely have time to go back to complain when i have had to toss the meal and buy something else so I just stop ordering drinks altogether and wont be ordering the mexican pizza anymore either I used to go to this location 1 to 2 times a week now i push my luck with 1 visit in about 2 months time now and I tell myself give it one more...
