Saturday 22Oct’s morning shift looked lost in all ways. Didn’t seem like there was much lead from Rebecca (I’m guessing shift lead or manager). You could feel she and the rest of team didn’t want to be there. The team ran out of biscuits and put our food on buns which is what it is, but not being asked about what we wanted to do was a bit annoying. 3 customers walked out before the announcement of no biscuits. Watching the team pack the meals was a chaotic mess. The communication between the team seemed to be lacking because one would pack some Bo-rounds and the next would come over and pack different bo-rounds for the same order duplicating work. A mobile order pickup came in and wasn’t ready she was told it would be at least 15 more minutes - the lady left without the food but the team continued to work on that order because it wasn’t communicated that she had left. Another lady came in from the drive-thru and said that someone told her to pull up and they’d bring her Bo-berry biscuits out but she had been waiting for 15 minutes. The worker apologized and said she had forgotten she was out there. We were able to observe all these things because our order took about 30 minutes. Overall seems like team needs additional training or leadership. The saving grace (the second star) was that the...
Read moreThe biscuits are always flat like someone took out all of the center. The ai in the drive thru is the stupidest thing ever I ordered twice with it two separate days. It said it’ll be 5 mins on an item that I wanted and I didn’t want anything else so I was about to drive away. Someone had to come on and say they actually had it. Another time I ordered something it didn’t say it was out of it, but then someone else had to come on and say no they actually don’t have it. Just have someone take orders it’s not hard. You have workers there. If someone has to keep coming over the intercom anyway I don’t understand why you have AI doing the job. Mountain Dew is always almost out every time I decide to stop. I’m starting to think no one changes the drinks I’ve tried to order Bo berry biscuits at this location before no icing I was told icing already comes on the biscuits and I would have to wait. Which don’t know when they change that policy because when I worked for Bojangles we had to put the icing on when they ordered it and they were not allowed to have the icing already on the biscuits because the icing would harden and make the biscuits nasty and hard. I honestly am going to stop eating here. Just would stop because it was convenient. Bojangles has apparently...
Read moreWhere do I even begin? It feels like customer service here is just not a priority. Every time I go, I order the 12-piece family meal with white meat. Without fail, the person taking my order sounds less than enthusiastic and tells me they’re either out of white meat or it’ll be a 10-minute wait to prepare it.
Well, that "10 minutes" turned into a frustrating 30 minutes on Halloween night, around 5 p.m., no less. I ended up paying $45 for this meal, only to find myself waiting way longer than promised.
After waiting in the car for what felt like forever, I finally had to get out and go inside to see what was going on. To my surprise, I walked in to see some of the employees running around, almost as if they were playing tag or just goofing off. One staff member was polite and tried to make up for the wait by offering me a drink, but he also explained they had new staff and outdated equipment. While I appreciated his honesty and gesture, it felt like a poor excuse. Why should the customer bear the burden of these internal issues?
Honestly, Popeyes and KFC have really stepped up their game lately, so I think it's time to take my business elsewhere. This place needs serious improvement in both service...
