Subway — Restaurant in Lebanon

I’m very appreciative of the man working there who helped me today. He looked to be in his 30s or so and possibly Indian if I had to guess (I apologize if I’m incorrect on that assumption). I placed an order through the app and it froze during my payment, so I was never sent the order confirmation and my order was never sent to the store. My card was charged but there was no record of the order in my order history (on the app) or via email. I was frustrated because I’d just gotten some bad news and this didn’t help, and neither Subway cust service nor the store manager were available to give any support on this matter.

After waiting around the store for over 20 mins while we waited for the manager to contact the employee back, he finally offered to make me my food so that I could be on my way. I had shown him both the frozen error screen and my bank account for confirmation, plus the verbatim I had sent in for customer complaints already. Visited last night, our final night in Lebanon while studying at Baker’s School of Aeronautics. The gentlemen working last night are awesome. I’ve never seen someone work so fast, while being precise, pleasant, and making the experience a personal one. We left feeling like we made another friend. The folks around here are great, wish some of the folks of Delaware would take heed. There’s also a Mexican joint in this strip, it’s not on the map but we ate lunch there at least 10 times in two weeks. Excellent Tex Mex food and it’s fast!! Subway was busy during lunch time so plan accordingly or swing by the Tex Mex joint and they’ll serve...

I placed an online order, I arrived 5 minutes before my pickup time with no customersin the store, the order was not ready until 20 minutes after my pickup time in which only one customer came in while I was there, they didn't have pizza boxes so they wrapped a hot cheese pizza in a sandwich paper so my kids pizza doesn't have cheese...2 kids who were brand new were left to run the store on their own...I tried to be as nice and understanding as possible but this is the 3rd time service has been subpar and the food has been mediocre...we likely...
