frequent customer. the food always comes out good. one of the owners, her name is jennifer i believe, treats her employees like garbage to a shocking degree. i have personally sat inside and listened to her berate and scream at the employees. she's yelling at them about what customers will think, meanwhile she's acting like an animal back there. her behavior alone is enough to scare customers away. john is great, he's the other owner and he treats everyone with respect. their manager kerry who i have met quite a few times, is a solid guy!!! very helpful and spoke to me with dignity and respect which is very refreshing. he spoke to his employees the same way. i feel bad for him that his boss is someone like jennifer. she acts like that in front of customers, i shudder to think of how she treats her employees when no one is around. all in all, most of the employees are great. there's a young lady who works there, a short spanish looking girl she is also a manager, she needs an attitude adjustment big time. i heard her raise her voice to a couple customers but also was SCREAMING at her coworkers. frankly, it is scary the way the dominos higher-ups act while at work. there's a southern boy who works there, was recently injured. i just think it's wonderful that dominos hires people struggling with developmental disabilities. he had a hard time at the phones but i think once he calmed himself down enough he was able to balance answering the phones and putting stickers on boxes. it changed the way i viewed dominos, knowing they hire special needs individuals. in conclusion, i will still order food from this dominos but i will probably stick to ordering online so i don't have to deal with employees like jennifer. i'd suggest definitely ordering online. unless you want to be entertained- then i would recommend going inside the store and watching the team work together to get orders out as fast as possible. if jen or the spanish girl are working, i hope for your sake you brought ear...
Read moreI placed an order online for a sandwich and a pasta, the delivery time frame said 58-68 mins. which I confirmed over the phone since I was surprised of how long it was. I got my food late and cold. I called the store and asked for a mngr, the lady that answer said she was one, to explained what happened and she said that could either wait for 1 1/2 hrs for a remake or they could mail me a gift certificate. Unfortunately those were no options for since it's has been long since the last time I ordered there why? cause my 2 previous orders were wrong and I was definitely hungry after the long wait. She just told me that they were short staffed and on a promo week, which I responded that still the orders should be right and she replied "What do you want me to do lady those are the only options". When I started talking again she put me on hold without warning and eventually a guy answer, told me the same story and once I started talking again he started saying "Stop...stop...stop" in a rough tone. Again I told him that my order was not right and they should have a system in place to deal with their situation and he just said "I will refund your money but don't ever order from us again!!" When I replied "I won't cause my order was wrong and you're being rude" he told me "You're the one that's rude". To bad I cannot give them - stars for the worst customer service ever!! My microwave it's not working so I had to heat everything on my stove oven, which takes a longer, to finally be able to eat late. Read moreAnoche a las 11:17 empecé a llamar por tel para una orden y nadie contestaba volví a llamar 11:24 pm Y nada pues fui al lugar y cuando fui a entrar la puerta estaba cerrada y eran las 11:30pm y vi el empleado adentro tocaba el cristal y el me ignoraba tenía puesta una camisa negra de este lugar. Llega un carro delivery y le pregunto a que si ya habían cerrado y me dijo que si que sólo estaba abierto por Delivery y le contesté que estaba llamando desde las 11:17 pm Y nadie contestaba ya que había salido del hospital tras un día completo sin comer nada. Y cuando fui a tome la foto del horario colocado en la puerta rápidamente el empleado de camisa negra me abrió la puerta y su contestación fue que había cerrado las puertas pq el piso estaba mojado con una mala actitud 🤔🤔 en seriO bueno cuando fue a tomar mi orden me dice que quieres así nada más con una cara y un tono no muy agradable le pido una pizza de 5.99 con jamón y piña y me Dice que no tiene esa que la que tiene es la de 8.99 pequeña con un tono molesto le dije que esta bien que quería esa entonces. Mientras estuve ahí sonó el teléfono de 3 A 4 veces Y ellos ignoraron completamente las llamadas pq estaban limpiando el lugar, Y cuando me da la orden me dice es 8.05 molesto. Creo que esa actitud no se le hace a los clientes y si dice que cierran a 12am tanto servicarro como en el restaurante que dice el lema de ellos "ABIERTOS HASTA TARDE" creo que deberían cumplir.
