I am a regular at this specific dominos in Lebanon. I order weekly 2 chicken Alfredo pastas in a dish with extra extra Alfredo sauce & a small cheese pizza (by my order alone they’ll know whose writing this bc that’s how much I order) and it is 7/10 wrong most of the time but I HATE to complain. The pasta is usually pretty dry (for me) which is WHY I pay for extra x2, but it’s hit or miss if I ever get the extra sauce I pay double for. the one time I did complain- they fixed it. Quickly. But I shouldn’t have to. But it hit an all time low my last order a few days ago… I was excited bc opening the pasta it was the most extra sauce I’ve ever gotten.. only to take a bite and they must’ve scraped the bottom of a sauce container that was expiring to add my extra sauce bc I couldn’t eat it it tasted so bad and got sick from it. It just shocked me on top of the constant mess ups. There drivers love my house- they tell us often bc I ALWAYS tip well- despite the constant mistakes & clear over charging (bc I’m not always getting what I pay for) I won’t blame a driver for a cooks mistake. So just wanted to come on here & be honest after this last order bc it sucks. This is one of my favorite places to eat but it’s ruined. And I wont take a chance after I got sick to feed my kids...
Read moreAfter way too long of being a customer here, I give up. Service is usually good. But the food is extremely skimpy and bland. Out of all the Domino's I've tried (alot of them) this one has consistency problems. Steak hoagies are always dry. They are either slightly underdone or overdone depending on who's working. They put the sauce and everything else all on top. How about putting a little sauce on bottom with the condiments and a little sauce on top with the cheese. Pasta bowls are a waste. Chicken carbonara? Good luck finding any chicken. As well as only ever getting half a bowl. Pizzas? Good luck finding an adequate amount of any toppings with the exception of their sausage. Only because it is very poor quality with about 50% filler. These kinds of things all fall on management. Which has failed at enforcing any formality in training employees in doing a good job each and every time. As for being skimpy, I'm reasonably going to assume it is to ensure management gets their incentive bonus based on food cost. Either that, or being skimpy on everything makes them have to do less prep because they're lazy. It's one or the other. Or both. Doesn't matter now because they've lost this customer and 9 other people for good. I don't even care to redeem my...
Read moreAlways have had a great experience in dealing with the staff at Domino's, . except for a very rude young man named Bryce who is a night manager there. He is quick to get an attitude with customer complaints and refused to give me the cooperate phone number so that I could file a complaint. Upon asking for the phone number for the cooperate office he told me that he doesn't have it in front of him and to find it myself online, then to make matters worse he hung up the phone on me. I called back and once again in a calm voice asked for the number and he said that he didn't have time and hung up on me. Very poor customer service skills and the attitude of a elementary school child. I'm not sure if I will ever feel comfortable enough to order anything from the store again until I know that the young man Bryce has been reprimanded for his attitude problem and horrible customer service skills. Such a shame these types of people can cause a company to lose money. More so than anything else my .Favorite restaurant to order from. The food is great but Bryce...
