Donaldson's Finer Chocolates — Restaurant in Lebanon

My wife stop in to purchase chocolates for valentines for me. She was in a little bit of a hurry. Ask for assorted dark chocolate's. She doesn't like dark chocolates. But I love it. After receiving it on the day of valentines day. They where not assorted and had salt on top of them. which takes away the sweetest. I can not stand salt to start with. She was very up set with the hole thing. I hope the chocolates I purchase there are better then the ones I received. I purchase a red velvet heart. The label didn't have any thing on it telling the purchaser what's in it. IF IT goes over as bad as mine did it well be the last purchase I make with out seeing what's in the box. I had such a fantastic experience at Donaldson's Finer Chocolates❣️ The employee was incredibly nice and welcoming, making me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. They were super helpful in guiding me through the different options🔥 Speaking of options, there were so many types of chocolates to choose from—dark, milk, white, and some really unique flavors that I’ve never seen before. Everything looked so delicious, it was hard to choose😍

I ended up buying a variety, and each one was better than the last. I also appreciated how clean and well-organized the store was, which made the shopping experience even better😁

Monday 3:30pm. Not busy. First visit. Small 50 year old chocolate shop where you can see the chocolate being made. A lot of variety from dark chocolate to white chocolate. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I got a small 1/4 lb box of a white chocolate variety. (9.95+tax). They have larger size as well. I also picked up a white chocolate bar $7.95. Boyfriend got box of truffles for $27.50. The cashier upsold us on the white chocolate pretzels. Delicious!! They also had dark and milk chocolate pretzels. If you think chocolate is just chocolate, then you won't enjoy this place like I did, but if you know a good chocolate when you taste it, go in and get some. They have samples as well.
