Arriving at this location this morning 11/22/2024 was hectic due to a large customer volume during this time of morning. I decided to go inside because drive thru was extremely busy, I noticed upon walking in that I was the second customer in line. Soon after more people started walking in, there were only 3 employees that I could visibility see, a tall white man with a beard who was SUPER NICE; a young hispanic female who was working; and a non-caucasian male(with blonde'ish braids pinned up). By this time the customer in front of me is asking questions as well as trying to decide his order, and by now there was a total of 4-5 people in line to place their order (See camera). In a very LOUD/DISDAINING TONE the non-caucasian male looked back at all of us in line and spoke; saying "UGH these people, I can't wait to clock the HELL out and go home",(See store video/audio). As to say that we were annoying him or causing anguish upon him because we were just simply trying to support a place that we like, or rather used to support. Listen I understand working can be difficult at times, but that's why it is called work and not play, but to have or display that kind of hurtful customer service is deplorable. We all immediately felt the negative tension towards us by his attitude, tone, words, and look. Ā Ā Ā Read morePlaced a mobile order for 50 munchkins (Glazed and Glazed Chocolate). When I arrived there were numerous customers waiting on orders. I waited over 10 mins for someone to even speak to me. The employee filing the coffee orders asked me what I was waiting on. I gave her my order number and name. She handed me my coffee that was ready and sitting on the counter (Getting cold). She told me to tell her coworker (Joey) filing the donut orders to do my order next. Joey informed me that they were out of Glazed munchkins. I told her that was fine and to just do Glazed Chocolate. She put what they had in my box returned to the counter and said they were out of Chocolate now. I agreed to doing the rest with Blueberry. When she gave me the box there were only 32 donuts in the box. I went back to the counter and addressed to which she replied they were out of Blueberry. I asked that she give me whatever they had available since I had already paid for them. Did she really think she could get away with short cutting me. Please double check your orders here. Another gentleman came I stating that they charged him for an additional coffee and didnāt give him 2 of his breakfast sandwiches. Coffee is watered down to say the least. The employees at this location are making lots of shortcuts and need to go through some retraining. Management needs to address some of these issues. Will not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was so excited for this location to open. I gave them numerous visits over the last month or so to give them the benefit of the doubt to get all the kinks worked out. I work in customer service and I take reviews like this very seriously. Dunkin Donuts - you need to do something about this location. You can be the only person in line and it still takes forever - and I drink my coffee black 99% of the time. If thereās three or four cars in line, I donāt even pull in because I donāt have time to wait 30+ minutes. This is the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to, the customer service is pretty rough. There always seems to be enough team members working, but theyāre still extremely slow and rude when you ask for literally anything. The store is also out of just about anything you ask for. This has never been the case with any other Dunkin Iāve been to. I would imagine management orders their supplies just like any other company. If theyāre out of something, they donāt suggest something else or apologize. They wouldnāt even sell me a large water with the rest of my order. They said they would only give me a medium water and that they didnāt ādo largeā.
