Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lebanon

I submitted my online order at 12:09pm. I called at 12:50pm to check on the status, as the order tracker had not progressed beyond "Order Received" and was told that my order was already out for delivery and the driver would be pulling up "any second". I would expect it to arrive (if it was truly out for delivery) in about 10 minutes, as I only live about 5 minutes from the store. I called again at 1:30pm and was again told it was already out for delivery and the driver would be pulling up "any second". At 1:40pm I finally received my food.

I've already submitted my feedback directly to Jimmy John's at the link they send everyone. I just thought everyone should know this isn't the place to get food if you actually want something to eat.

Edit: Their response shows they aren't listening. I said I already submitted feedback at their link.

Edit 2: Thought I'd try ordering again after ~7 months. Delivery time was much improved. I just wish they'd delivered what I'd ordered instead of something completely different. Won't be repeating this again...

Absolutely horrible service. Worst Jimmy Johns location ever. As a former Jimmy Johns employee I am disgusted with this place of business. On the third of July I placed an order for 2 sandwiches. They took over and hour to be delivered and were covered in hair, made wrong and dripping sauce through the bag. No napkins. Also didn’t bring my cups if ice I was promised. When I called to complain I spoke with a manager named Matt. He was super sincere and stated he put a free sandwhich on my account. When I called to place an order tonight to give them a second chance Matt told me there was so notes stating I had a credit and if I wanted to follow up I could call tomorrow and speak with their GM. I told Matt I would be going back to penn station and to delete me out of their system. No manners, horrible management. Disgusting food. Disappointed. I will be driving to carmel or any...

Gave them 3 different chances! Had issues with all 3. First, they delivered the wrong sandwich to me after about an hour. Second time, I found a LONG dark hair in my sandwich, very disturbing and disgusting! Third time, they barely gave me everything that came on the sandwich; they gave my a small amount of meat, cucumbers, lettuce, etc and they normally give you a good amount. I called regarding all 3. They helped with the first two and remade the sandwiches after I told them I’m throwing away the one with the hair in it! (Again, gross!) With the third issue, I called the manager to ask if maybe they changed the amount of ingredients they put on the sandwiches now since mine was mainly bread lol. The manager never called me back!
