LaRosa's Pizza Lebanon — Restaurant in Lebanon

We went in the evening and the Lebanon Store has a whole different vibe! Our Server (E.W.) was simply Phenomenal! She was handling 5 or 6 tables but she found time to take great care of us! She did the three things I ask of a server: 1) she brought us good quality food in a reasonable amount of time, 2) she kept our drinks filled and checked back with us, and 3) she treated us with respect! We left her a 25%-30% tip and still felt like we short-changed her! We had the pizza and it was superb! The cooks were humming, the hostess was pleasant, and the nite manager, Umberto, was coming around checking on things. Everything was working out in the store flawlessly. This is how things should be! No wonder the restaurant's full and busy!

I certainly recommend the dinnertime service! The Lebanon Store is a must visit!!!

I've been in at Lunchtime Several Times. Service is generally pretty good, but the last time we went in the service was simply excellent! Troy was or server. It was mid-afternoon and he was the only server working. Even though he was handling the entire restaurant (they usually go downstaff mid-afternoon because it's not a very busy time according to Abby, the Manager there), he saw to our every need and was very nice, very pleasant, and very considerate! The food we had was excellent. We had pizza and salads and both were very good. The veggies and lettuce in the salads are always fresh and delicious and I really like the ranch salad dressing they use. The toppings on the pizzas were just right, not too much, not too little and spread out evenly over the entire pizza. The crust had the perfect doneness, crust but not too brown or burnt. The cooks were on the mark this day for sure!

Will I go back at Lunchtime! You bet! LaRosa's is a great place to eat!

I have to talk about Abby the Manager at the Lebanon Store. She's always very pleasant and super nice and super sweet any time I've delt with her. She always finds the best solutions to any problems that arise, and she's approachable instead of being aloof. She really cares about customers and she really cares...

This review of the Larosa's in Lebanon Ohio was going to be a 5 star review, not 2 stars, but the atmosphere just ruined it.

I ate lunch at this Larosa's on August 22 of 2024. It started out well. The restaurant looked clean, it wasn't too crowded or too noisy, and the waitress was excellent despite seeming very young. The food was good and the service was super fast. It only took 16 minutes from the time I walked in the door until my food was delivered, and some of that time was me deciding what to order. (Yes, I timed it.)

Then a roughly nine year old boy started running back and forth between the kitchen and the dining room. For some reason he was dressed as a cowboy. At one point he grabbed a manual floor sweeper and was pushing it around the dining room. He bumped into tables and chairs, including the one I was sitting in. Meanwhile, the woman who appeared to be his mother was talking to employees in the kitchen, apparently while picking up a to-go order. Don't know if she was an employee or a former employee.

I don't think that 9 year old boys belong in restaurant kitchens. Was he trained in food safety? When was the last time he washed his hands? Was this child sensible enough to avoid touching food, food prep surfaces, hot surfaces, and sharp objects? Frankly I doubt it. This boy reminded me of the classic short story titled "The Ransom of Red Chief."

Anyway, that boy ruined the atmosphere and I'm unlikely to return to...

We have come here several times and today was another let down. The hostess was very sweet and we got seated right away. Then we waited 15 minutes to be greeted by another lady asking for our drink orders. I told her we were ready to order and she said she was not our server so she was only doing drinks. We ordered our drinks and waited another 15 minutes for them and to be finally greeted and our order taken. Darius was our server. He was very nice, but very, very slow. He also forgot to bring a gogurt for one of our kids. When our daughter asked for a refill he forgot about it and never stopped by our table to check in. I kept trying to get his attention to no avail. A different lady finally brought our lukewarm food after well over a 30 minute wait. We told her we were all needing refills and still waiting on our daughter's refill as well... she kindly went and got them for us. We noticed several other tables that came in well after us all got their food before we did. Not sure why ours took so long especially considering it was lukewarm when we...
