Lebanon Plaza Deli — Restaurant in Lebanon

Lebanon Plaza Deli is listed as Brekkie Bagels on Uber Eats. It was an hour and a half before they started preparing my order on a weekday morning. When it arrived it was wrong. I ordered scallion cream cheese and bacon scallion cream cheese. All 3 bagels had plain cream cheese, one with bacon on top of plain cream cheese. The bagels and plain cream cheese were also nothing special and had a bit of an odd after taste. After getting my order I found online that Brekkie Bagels doesn’t exist and is actually Lebanon Plaza Deli (I thought I was ordering from an actual bagel place). I called and they said that it’s the same place. They were unapologetic for the wrong order, said they didn’t have scallions (and had an attitude as though it’s an unusual thing to have, even though it’s on their menu and quite a common cream cheese option), and blamed the Uber Eats driver for not letting me know the order was wrong. The bagels were over $6.50 each (with the extra $0.88 for the nonexistent scallion cream cheese), so with Uber fees, etc. I paid over $20.00 for bad bagels and a wrong order. Very...

Tried to give feedback about how they cheapen out in the meats on the breakfast sandwich because the good cook that used to be there quit...... and all I got in return was an owner yelling at me calling me a liar because I know someone who used to work there... sucks cause it was convenient to my job but now I have to go out of the way to Gronski’s or bishops but I’d rather they have my money especially knowing how they treat their customers and because the sandwiches just aren’t the same due to the cook leaving plus Gronski’s home fries are amazing on their egg sandwiches ........ I will never go to any carluccis owned places ever again and I’ll never recommend them because that lady is absolutely off her rocker and so is their prices for the amount of food they give you now. There are not many options for a true through and through deli in the area and of the options this is one of the better ones. I recently took a job in the area and have come to find growing up and having worked closer to the NYC metro, I've definitely been spoiled by having such a large selection of deli's that make deliciously balanced sandwiches. While Lebanon Plaza deli, doesn't quite deliver what I'm used to, it's quite close enough to make the drive for a good sandwich or wrap! Plus the Subs are enormous! Giving the go ahead for you deli needs...
