Hunterdon Ski and Snowboard — Local services in Clinton Township

I did a season long snowboard rental and was very unhappy with the overall experience. All most all employees come across clueless to the services, options, and prices. There was only one employee who was knowledgeable and experienced that I dealt with. I needed to go back three times throughout the season to get the bindings replaced because they were not good quality. I wanted to return my snowboard early, as I did not want to store it in my home all summer. I came to return it and the owner told me I was unable to return it. She claimed it was in the contract. She was not very nice to me whatsoever. I had gone home to notice that in the contract it actually said I was in fact able to return the snowboard. The owner does not know her own contract. I would 100% not recommend doing a season...

Getting concerned over this shop.

Used to be you could find a great selection of ski clothes here No more Used to be they had a wider selection of skis, boards & boots No more Used to be a great selection of secondary gear for boarders & skiers No more Used to be you rent gear the entire outfit was changed out for fresh gear No more

Even used to be the people in the shop were amiable. Today, it was like pulling teeth.

The selection in this shop was quite good, it's a fraction of it's former self now.

We have rented gear from this shop a few times and the staff have been so helpful, knowledgeable and patient with new skiers. They are friendly and really took the time to get us fitted correctly with what we needed. They were also very accommodating with pick up and drop off of the gear. Thank you, Oliver and the rest of the staff. Love that there are still businesses out there who really want to provide excellent customer service.
