I am a couple time a day customer, i say this because i have gotten to see how the day and night workings are. With that being said, i was frequenting this restaurant yesterday and seen a lot of the managers in a group. One being the night manager that always seems to be short staffed, but manages very well and always apologetic and very friendly. She is asked to stay behind and was asked about (complaints she had on her) by another manager that works during the day time. When she tryâs to explain, said manager immediately catches the worst attitude. Night manager notices and asks if she is having an attitude and morning manager responds, yes, then begins to berate her in front of all the customers. Fast forward: i am walking out after i get my food and see night manager crying. The whole convo was supposed to have been about complaints the manager had substained during the weekend. When trying to explain she was told she was being defensive. Why ask if you donât want to listen? Why berate her for the very same thing you are doing to her in front of us no doubt? Day manager has always been extremely friendly to us customers during the day. But what made me want to write this review is how she not only handled night manager ( very nasty ) at first, but, how iâve seen her be nasty to quite a few more of her other employees. I could give descriptions and names but, i would like this to serve as a wake up call not as another punishment to over worked employees that deserve a little compassion. excuse...
Read moreThis particular at McDonaldâs was near the hotel that we stayed at near the airport in Nashville unfortunately I donât remember the address. The drive-in was full, which is usual at this time so we went inside to order. It took us 20 minutes to get our food as other people were coming in there, picking up bags of food that were sitting waiting for them as they were probably Uber pick up of some sort, but nobody was taking any or paying any attention to the customers that were trying to get their food that that they ordered at the counter and already paid for but they were making them wait and taking care of the Uber people first I noticed that with other people came in try to order after we did they were told to go to the POS out on the front and put the water in for themselves which I could see that everybody is POS knowledgeable and people are having a hard time entering in their own orders but I will say finally got our food. The food was hot they really need to work on the Uber orders or whatever company delivers food for them where people that are actually standing in the store they have paid get their food first and itâs a ghost stuff that Uber picks up should be...
Read morepossibly the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. pulled into the drive-through behind another car and waited for around 10 minutes before deciding to go to the empty outer lane. I did get someone on the speaker in about 5 minutes or so, so I made my order and pulled forward. what followed that was around 45 minutes of waiting behind a car at the pick-up window. starting to hear yelling on the car in front of us, something about them getting her order wrong or something, and she sped off. we were handed our food, realizing there that we were not given about half of our order. so I asked about it, and they acted like it was my fault somehow for not having MY FOOD YET and handed me out a bag. I poorly assumed that I was actually given the correct food and drive off, a FULL HOUR after pulling in. to my absolute bewilderment, they had once again failed to give me my order, and as I looked at the wrap around completely standstill line, I figured it wasn't worth it and just took my loss. we actually fulfilled our order next door at the Wendy's.
do not recommend this establishment unless serious...
