Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Lebanon

When i pulled in to order around 8:40am on 10/22 there was not a single car on my whole side and there wasn't but maybe 4 cars on the other side? I pushed the button and the lady said "can i help you?" After i gave what i wanted she told me my total and hung up instead of asking if i needed anything else, so i hit the button again and she just said "yes?", i said can i get 3 ranch and 2 bbq sauce and she hung up. So i paid and the lady that brought out my food just handed it to me and walked off. She didn't read my order to me, didn't say hello or nothing. So i checked my bag and no sauces. I called back in and it took maybe 2 minutes for her to answer and of course i get "can i help you?" I tell her i asked for 3 ranch and 2 bbq sauce and she said i had to pay for them and they were 25 cents each since i didn't order chicken. She asked if i wanted them i said no and she hung up and i drove off. I absolutely will NOT be back to this location just rude and ridiculous. Made me realize the location on west main ain't so bad even though they forget my sauces and don't even make me pay for them and get my order wrong from time to time but I've never been met with attitude from...

This is the worst sonic I have ever been to. I ordered a chicken club toaster and after a 30 minute wait I got a mayonnaise sandwich. Literally a mayonnaise sandwich. It was mayo between 2 pieces of toast. You have to really try to mess up that bad. It was unbelievable. And to top it all off the car hop took the mayo sandwich back inside, added all of the missing ingredients and brought the same one back out to me!! At this point I was beyond furious and decided it was in everyone's best interest to just leave rather than try to get a fresh sandwich which I ordered and paid top dollar for not to mention everything else was ice cold before it even got to me. And there was no way I was waiting another 30 min for them to try again. I will never return to this sonic and I will be sure to tell everyone I come within earshot of about this. It really hurts to spend 30 dollars on dinner just to be so upset with the ignorance of the employees just to throw it away before I left the parking lot. This place is a disgrace to the sonic name...

Worst sonic location I’ve ever been to. The employees are disrespectful and steal from you. I placed an order on the app and selected the sauces I wanted included. I was brought my food and after checking, did not receive my sauces. I then asked the girl for sauces and she brought out only some of them - not all. I then asked someone else to bring them and they ignored me and did not return. Finally, I had to push the order button to ask for my sauces. The girl told me they “charge for extra sauces.” What “extra sauces” are you referring to??? The ones I originally ordered and YOU left out?? My poor grandmother fell for her disgusting tactics and paid this girl cash for sauces that should have been and are included for free. No other location has ever treated me this way or charged me for sauces. I am appalled at this behavior and have already filed a complaint. Beware...
