First of all, before anything else. The lady working at 11:45PM-12AM has to be the most rude subway employee I have ever encountered! No greeting, just what do you want. You want cheese? Hot or not. (My son asked what he could get on it, in a very very rude condescending, cold tone she said "whatever you want." Also the guy behind us asked her the same thing she replied the same way, ge said no I'm asking you what comes on that particular sandwich, again but she added a "I told you, whatever you want. Never answered him. She threw our chips in the bag, mad we didnt pack them up as we were looking at cookies. We asked for 2 cookies each, she looked down at our stomach then back up at us then back down. Also she had on wayyy to small yoga pants, no name tag so I couldn't get a name. Never said thank you, do you need anything else. The guy behind us walked away as we were getting coffee in the pilot and said, well I'll never be back here if she working, I'll walk right back out and go to Wendy's. I agreed. None of the chips were stocked, lids were almost out. The soda fountain area was nasty. And the Root Bear sprayed everywhere when used. Did she want to fix it.... nope. However I agree, I eat at subway 3 times a week, I come through here at least twice a month. But if she's working I'll walk...
Read moreThe Subway inside the Lebanon TN Pilot truck stop has the worst customer service. It's not that they are rude or the food is bad. They show that they are open during the 3rd shift hours, but there is rarely anyone at the counter when I get there. I got there at 1:50am this morning. I waited 5 minutes before I went to the Pilots manager to see if the Subway was open. She told me the Subway person would be back in 3 minutes. So, I went back to the Subway counter and waited for another 10 minutes. No one came, so I left. They have done this several times to my co-workers and myself. We have very few choices this late, but this Subway has seen the last of me. I will never go back. (Update)- It is January 5 2022 and they have not improved one bit. I walk in at 1:20am and there is a young lady behind the counter so I walk up only to be told that they were closed. Your website say you're open 24hrs a day. I didn't argue. I just walked away. Read moreSo I just paid 17 dollars for a footlong sub, I did a footlong steak and cheese with extra meat and bacon, half way through making my sandwich I hear the owner talking to one employee about how much meat to put on a sandwich when asking for extra meat or bacon, and on the other side a manger talking to the employee at the register about how much they have been charging for extra meat and do something to the register, so when I get there its 17 dollars. I should have walked away because I feel I got charged for mine and someone else's extra meat, but the 2 employees were so nice and the way the owner and manager talked to them, especially in front of customers...
