Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Tennessee

Warning! 🚨 Fraudulent business🚨 Bought a meal, took them 15 min to make it. They made it wrong. It was gonna take another 7 minutes, so I wanted a refund. Diana silcox "the manager" is not authorized to do any charge backs or refunds because too many fraud charges happen on her watch. Her words.

I got no food and I am still out 15 dollars. Now it is my job to spend my free time outside of work, to chase down the bigger manager over her, brian, to get MY own money back. These are deceptive business practices. Im pretty sure thats illegal and they have to post it on their door that they cant take credit cards. How many people does she do this to and hope they never return to dispute the money? Will be calling police if this isnt resolved. This is blatant theft. A fraudster should not be handling any cards. You had NO problem swiping my card, but cant refund it until brian comes in next week? I will be reporting this to the BETTER...

Made a mobile order and my sandwich was made incorrectly. It was the chicken philly cheese steak, they didn't put any peppers or onions on it, just chicken and cheese. I went inside to have it corrected and they had to get the manager. The manager seemed really irritated and just said "so, do you want a remake or..." I said a remake would be fine. It just felt really uncomfortable waiting for the remake, the staff seemed like they were laughing about the situation. The remake on the food was really good and I've actually wanted to get another one of these sandwiches... This was our first time going and we were not impressed. The location itself was fine, good location and it was clean and kept up well, though it's a newer location. The staff was also friendly.

Unfortunately, we were not impressed with the food. First, we were told that we couldn't exchange fries for fried pickles in a combo. Usually this isn't an issue at other restaurants, even if you have to pay an upcharge but it wasn't that big of a deal. The fried pickles we did get, however, were cooked too long. The 5 hot wings I ordered were too small for the amount we paid, and the flavor was just OK.

We also got a chicken sandwich that was just ok.
