Wendy's — Restaurant in Lebanon

Stopped as we were passing through on our road trip for a quick bite eat. It was about 1:30pm. The parking lot only had a few cars in it. When we walked in there were 4 other ppl near the registers. I asked if they had ordered and they said they were "waiting" and to go ahead. So we walked up. WELL, we stood there, and stood there with no eye contact, no smile, no hello, nothing from the at least 7 workers that were behind the counter. Finally after about 15 mins I stopped someone and asked if someone was going to take our order. She said "yes ma'am, we only have one sandwich maker!" Now from what I saw the 4 ppl there already were still there "waiting", we were there and nobody was in the restaurant area. A couple of cars came through the drive through, not many, and several workers, including Managers were there. This was totally unacceptable! As well as the Customer Service! You are a face to face, fast food establishment. At the very least, if there is a problem with the work flow, you greet your customer and tell them it'll be a moment! order from the kiosk and ordered 4 chocolate chip cookies I got 4 oatmeal cookies and when I went to the counter the girl said they didn't have any so we asked for a refund for the cookies and she said she couldn't do that either so I had to get 4 sugar cookies that will end up in the tash cause we don't like them and we had to go to the counter several times for ketchup cause even though we told them we needed plenty of ketchup the only gave us 3 at a time for 5 people also the girl at the counter was kinda rude about it all other people waiting to have their orders taken ended up having to use the kiosk also cause she said she was busy packing orders for dine ins my family was the only ones that had a...

Has to be one of the slowest and worst Wendy’s I go to, I work close to this location and food options are pretty limited so I unfortunately have to come here. The lines are always ridiculously long drive thru or dine in no matter if you place a mobile order or order when you arrive it will always take forever the staff seems to just not care at all about this. I have sat in line for 20+ mins or being the first in line inside and still have to wait 15 minutes before anyone will ask what you would like and if that’s not insult to injury not getting what you ordered after waiting your whole lunch break just save yourself the time and money and go...
