Hunan Cafe — Restaurant in Leesburg

First visit today and so far everything was great. Food was made to-order and the wait was roughly ten minutes. Ingredients seemed really fresh. The finished dishes were delicious. No frills service, but still polite and direct. English proficiency of the staff was adequate to meet my needs. Would recommend the lunch portions to most diners, and I was only able to eat about half of a lunch in one sitting. The woman is quite rude and snarky to her customers. I asked for an extra sauce but she refused yelling at me one per order which can be understandable so I asked if she could sell me one so she proceeded to throw one at the dish and shoved it through the plexiglass. It was as if she was angry I was even eating at the establishment when I had done nothing but kindly ask. I walked in around noon. I was surprised that the floor was already dirty to include a big dead upside-down bug. The cashier was blah. I ordered orange shrimp that was ok, but look closely b/c it looks like octopus or squid. I only ate a few of them that seemed in be shrimp. As I was eating, I watched a barefooted employee climb up on the coffee cart to update the picture menu on the wall. He did not clean the cart afterward. I was grossed out...
