Taco Bell — Restaurant in Leesburg

I had a very bad experience at this location. Taco bell is usually quite good, except this location in leesburg, florida really puts taco bell's name to shame. The manangement should not be in the position that they are in. They are not very pleasant, honest, or caring for the customers. I had an experience in which i went through the drive in, placed an order and continued home. When i arrived at the house, i was missing an item. I called the store and informed them, and was told to come back to rectify the error. I asked if i could go back the next day, and she said yes and asked my name. I informed her i woukd be in around the same time. The next day when i went in, i informed them and no body had a clue. I informed them that i was not a liar, and a lady there who i believe stated she was a mananfer told me that there were 3 manangers here and no body spoke to me. I got very upset and just told them to give me the item i got shorted and i would pay for it. I did pay for it, and hile being very upset, a lady took the time to look into it, and was able to locate the order, gave me my money back, and a free taco coupon for that matter. That is customer service, promote her so she could teach the rude, uncaring, unprofessional manangers you have at that establishment. Will indeed not go back to this taco bell. Very bad...

Worse restaurants ever , rushed me at drive through told them the way I wanted my ordered and I was asked if I wanted a bigger size drink I got to the window the girl handed me size I didn’t agree to and she wouldn’t change it then I looked in the bag and she watched me and the whole or was wrong and I try to hand it back and the girl stood side ways to the woman in the kitchen and at this point I very upset then the girl says she couldn’t do come around front then I am over the top of it all and then the woman in the kitchen yelled at me . My option the worst restaurant ever and my food was even cold by the time I got home which is 2 mins down the road. Then I try to reach out 4 times to speak to a manager at this restaurant and the phone would ring two times and the call was hung up on me. Very poor place don’t...

Thank you to Jared, Jack and Jilean for renewing my faith in Taco Bell! I had pretty much written off Taco Bell for the last couple years due to incorrect orders, bad service and overall bad experiences. But after a long cross country drive, Taco Bell was one of the only options in the area that offered vegetarian friendly food at that time of day, and WOW! It was the best Taco Bell I’ve had in years! We went again yesterday and received the same amazing quality food, the correct items and really great customer service! Jared, Jack and Jilean make a great team. They were super friendly and make some great food! I hope they are recognized for their amazing service and for renewing my faith in this company!
