This place is definitely a nice affordable place you can definitely find some nice home decor and clothing. Unfortunately the only reason why I am giving one star is because I went in for my first time with my daughter, always pass by and today I had time to stop in and finally shop around. Everything was fine until we reached the check out I was in line following the same pattern as the person in front of me. I was not aware there is only one way to make a checkout line in that store there are no signs stating such. There was an older lady who was on the opposite side of me getting “in line” she complained that I wasn’t in line correctly and that it’s always on that side of the check out & I apologized I wasn’t aware as it was my first time a few minutes pass by as we’re still waiting and since I was next I only had 4-5 things max, As it was my turn to put my stuff down she complains another 2 times about how I’m not in the right spot which then the cashier proceeds to ask me to go on over to the back of the line so basically everyone else behind her would go first. I was going to ignore the commenting until I was asked to go to the back. I work with ederly so I understand how sometimes they can get agitated only that she made enough comments for me to get sent to the back which in no way is okay. As for the cashier I expected her to say something better as she also told that lady I was there first. Anyway I won’t be going back not after me getting sent to the back if I was their first that’s how they treat their customers and we see who they prefer to accommodate. Very upsetting. That major chain thrift store that everyone goes to needs to learn from this place! In fact I stopped shopping at that big chain thrift store.

This place does it right. Their prices are much better, they have dressing rooms, and it is very clean and orderly.

They also have very good sales on a regular basis and the people are very friendly. I have bought everything from shirts to pants, dvd's, pots and pans, framed pictures, and electronics.

Even though I'm giving them five stars, there is room for improvement. I would like to see them offer a 30 day return on purchases.

This is the one bad thing that they have in common with that major chain, which is unfortunate. I can't understand why any place that gets their stuff for free cannot give the customer a 30-day return policy!

But this store still gets a 5-star review because overall it is a good experience, with good prices, and so much better than that one that...

I stopped in w my grandson he wanted to look at toys He had a 20$, he spent 16.There was a small stuffed animal priced at 5$.We asked if she could lower it n she refused.She stayed the pricing goes to help the children.She has a child she could have helped right in front of her.Her actions didn't match her words.My grandson was sad because of the inability to notice the need of a child in real time n act accordingly w compassion.He helped n did his part by spending his dollars at your charity thrift and he couldn't get a disc on a tiny turtle stuffed animal.Sad n disappointing is an...
