McDonald's — Restaurant in Leesville

I have had plenty of experiences with this fast food establishment. Whether it be drive thru or door dash. The only time you get what you want and can enjoy it, is if you order around noon to 3 in the afternoon. Outside of that time the food looks stepped on and sloppily put together. The fries have been sitting there and taste stale and cold. They make no effort to put in napkins, sauces or ketchup. I’ve even had them not give us straws for out drinks. Half the time the sweet tea tastes stale or old as well. We waited for 30 min after being parked for our food. Finally us and the car in front of us had to go inside to get our food. I’ve made several complaints to head offices regarding this place and they haven’t helped a bit. McDonald’s use to have corporate standards back in the early 2000’s but have seem to be on brand with post pandemic make all the money offer none of the service style while charging the public an arm and a leg. I only recommend going around noon to 3 because the staff outside of those hours do not care about what you’re served, how the treat you or being on brand for the corporate...

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have been here 3 years and unfortunately since it’s the most convenient fast food that stays open somewhat late, it still gets customers. I had one pregnancy while living here and all I craved was McFlurrys. Almost every night I would go around the same time 9/10 and some nights were hit or miss. Google states they close at midnights and some nights they do, other nights you have employees telling customers “they don’t give us enough employees to work past 11” as if that were a customers fault or problem. The days they decide to close at midnight they’ll shut down the ice cream machine at 9 for cleaning. Wonderful. PISS POOR MANAGEMENT! Quality of the food is 10/10 terrible. Videos of enormous rats running across the fountain beverages. I’m just sick of the poor customer service here. I hope they shut down. 😒 drive the extra 10...

My issue is I just went through the drive thru, no line, maybe 30 minutes into opening shift, I ordered to meals and only got one. I asked the cashier to throw away my recipes cause I normally don’t need it. I was wrong, pulled up to get my food and they handed me two drinks (one of which was for the second meal) and that was it, I said ordered two meals she said that’s not what the screen says and I asked her if there’s anyway to check something else and she told me no that’s not how it works and that what I got is what I ordered, I just drove off after that, I was charged for one meal but somehow still got the drink for the second order. I recommend if you ever go to this McDonalds that when you order to take a picture of the screen and if they try to harp on you and say your wrong then show them how your not because they are...
